After a year of trying to get a local sign shop to make a sign for the office, we gave up on waiting and called Monarch. Sign was done in a few weeks, installed and all office communications were excellent and professional.

I recently went to this company to get marketing material for my solar company made up and let me tell you I’m very pleased with the design and how my door hangers and brochures have came out and a lot of y clients have also commented on the quality. Very disappointed!!…I had my roof wrapped when new 2019 and it started getting spots on it after 3 yrs. So I had Monarch redo my roof. I believe 8 months ago. It has shrunk and it’s spotty 10 times worse than how it was when I had them redo it. I paid just shy of $400 for it and no excuse it looks as it does in this short time.

Went in three weeks ago to get a quote on a bunch of items I needed for 200 promotional boxes for my business. Never got a call or an email with a quote. finally, I call to find out what was going on. One lady answered the phone brought up my account and saw that no one had done anything. She then asked me who had taken my information when I first came into the store. I didn't know. She place me on hold and then another lady came onto the phone and started asking me the same information again. Unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas money. I wanted to give my money to a local business, but I'll just go online to vistaprint, uprint and the other businesses that actually care about their customers.

Chose them for a few projects of mine and from the business cards to the custom parking signs for the card shop....Any pitch i threw them, they knocked it out of the park! Short story long... super happy and pleased with the overall process/experience of working with the whole team. Thanks again for helping me grow my new small business!

In today's world, it's uncommon to hear the words Quality, kindness and professionalism in the same conversation. We have an old 1987 Chaparral Villain ll that we decided to completely rebuild. Our goals were to make her as fast on the outside as she is on the inside. I had a vision from many years ago in my head and I was convinced that I would be unable to communicate what I wanted properly and that a designer wouldn't be able to replicate it. When I first got there I met with Jennis Halstead and Nick Noel. Jennis is amazing and Nick assured me that they would do their best to put my vision on paper through a graphic artist another Nick. I met with Nick and we were off and running. Nick met with me a few times to get the artwork perfect. I was floored with the communication and the end result from the artist. Now it was time to put the wrap of a lifetime on our little girl. Patrick Beguhn and his crew went to work and in just over a day, Jennis called to say she was done. There was a sense of excitement and anticipation to see what owner/ CEO Mike Bladorns team had accomplished. When we opened our eyes, we were all shocked. Every detail was perfect. I wish I could post before and after pictures here so everyone could see this amazing job. The moral of this story is, if you want a boat, vehicle or anything else wrapped, let this team do it. A huge thank you to all that were involved with this project. Now we'll make you proud as the fastest Chaparral boat in their history. God bless all of you and thanks again for the amazing work.
