“After going to a third party AT&T store on king's highway and finding out our bill wasn't matching up with what we were told, we were sent to the corporate store on 41. within 5 minutes an employee by the name of Chandace assisted us. She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive.
