Renee and her staff are well informed with all the state and country laws. Friendly, helpful and reliable. If your out of state like me or even local I'd recommend mid Florida property management.

Renee at Mid Florida is wonderful she was honest, extremely knowledgeable and always right there when I needed answers or advice. She got us a great tenant with no problems. I’ve had rentals for many years, and the others pale in comparison! Renee is always friendly while always remaining professional. Mid Florida is fortunate to have her on their team.

I choose to hire Mid Florida based on their outstanding reviews online and a phone interview. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. They were transparent, helpful, very attentive to my requests, and most importantly, they did a fabulous job managing the property I entrusted them with! I couldn't be happier to have hired Mid Florida to work with and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a management company to work with.

Shannon was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed to before moving in, signing documents and communicated very well with me even while I was working at my job. She's understanding and even worked with me on getting my application setup and finished because of my hectic worked hours. She went the extra mile to get my application finished by going in her office over the weekend when they were closed to help get me in my new place. She really loves her job and she's very welcoming. She really likes to help her clients and work with them so everything goes smoothly and moves faster to get you approved in no time.

Excellent customer service, great value property management with very skilled staff. We have worked with both their agents and they have responded to our tenants issues on time and always kept us informed of any decisions being taken. Once the issues have been resolved or additional action is needed they always let us know. I Will Suggest to my Friends.

Ever since we moved in, the management has been excellent. They always respond quickly when we have an issue and make sure the problem is resolved. Jason and Brandon have each done repairs in our home; the repairs were done well and quickly, and the guys always made me feel comfortable. I appreciate them so much!

We have been very impressed with the professional service and responsiveness of the team at MFPMCC while taking care of our multiple rental properties. Our Property manager has been phenomenal at his job, making sure all maintenance work was quickly performed and the rentals ready and re-rented at lightning fast speed. We really appreciate the quality of work and ethic Mike has brought in every area.
