Will lucky me they upgraded me to the worst phone sold in America currently the revvl 6 pro! After 60 days the port had broken and I had to manufacturer warranty it out. In less than 25 days the screen on the new warranty phone broke it started a little crack and next thing you know was a big crack and now it's affecting the way the phone. And by the way I had a protective screen cover and a case on it so it should not have been damaged that easily it is made from pure junk! I called them right away and they would not honor their phone the phone is the cheapest phone in America and it is not worth keeping I have called T-Mobile the manufacturers and Metro and complained I would not buy a phone from this office at all! It is a waste of time to buy the rebel 6 pro it is truly as GSM arena States the worst phone in America. Once again I was duped by this company and I will not consider purchasing a phone from them again!

Both gentleman were very nice and helpful. They got my partner and I matching phones exactly the way we wanted them. Store is easy to get to and they have a decent phone selection. Will use this store again. Great way to do business

I was with MetroPCS since 2014.I planned on going in today to do a trade-in (I had my current phone for 3 years now).I walked in @1:15 and there was one younger girl working the desk. No one else.She was dealing with a customer issue. There was a couple next to me who stated they were waiting for 30 min. There were another 2 customers waiting as well.That was it for me.I went next door to T-Mobile. Two associates. The store looked colorful and inviting. I was greeted and waited on immediately. And yes I switched to T-Mobile.I hope when MetroPCS becomes T-Mobile in the future, they have enough associates to help customers without the wait.One star for this experience.

Mello!!!I came in and he told what needed to be done. I came back and he gave me the price and it wasn't one penny over. True to his word. Not very common these days. He has helped me several times before this is just the first time I gave him recognition.

What an awesome experience I had today!! He was SO nice!! Very knowledgeable and respectful..nice to everyone that came thru the door!! Another lady and I chatted about what a great guy Mello is.I finally caught a break in life and got a GREAT deal!! He was a good looking guy too..( to bad he didn't add his number to my phone) I'm never going anywhere else

My experience at metro was wonderful after going to a few different places where I was contemplating switching to for a new phone and plan. Moe at metro was helpful, friendly, and easy to make the switch. Plus he was able to get a great deal on a new phone and plan that was even a little cheaper than my old plan. So overall I high recommended this location.

Asked the representative to change my rate plan and the person was very rude. He told me to go online or call metro and that he would not do it because he claimed I didn't have the phone for more than 3 months ( which i did 4 months to be exact) and that it would hurt his stores numbers. I could not call or do so because my service was suspended. As I asked why he would not even try to help me resolve my issue he told me that he would not repeat himself and walk away into the back office of the store. after about 30 seconds came back out confrontational telling me to leave the store repeatedly calling me a p***y. This was a horrible experience. I dont know how people like this get hired.

Where to start, I went in to buy a new phone, a case and a screen protector. I had it installed by a sales man name MOE it was poorly Installed it had a bubble under it, I took it back a few days later only to find out I would have to pay to have it replaced. That's not all whilst set up my phone he posted a review for himself using my Google account I will only use corporate stores In Future
