Excellent service. Needed to rent a wheelchair and they held it for me so my husband could pick it up after work. Appreciate their help. Good price and it was a very comfortable chair. Will be looking at them when I need to purchase.

Being 6'-5" tall I needed a custom wheelchair. I contacted the Medical Dept. and talked to Bill. He came to my house and measured me. two weeks later I now have a great wheelchair that fits me to a Tee.

We purchased a lift chair for my mother in law over 2 years ago from the Medical Deot Store We have recently had an issue with the chair and I called and spoke with Tammy. She has been amazing to work with! She checked on the situation and was able to locate when we purchased the chair and she has been extremely helpful. She has went way and above to help us resolve our issue. She has followed up and called us back and I would have to say the customer service fromTammy was the best I have received, ever! I wish there were morw Tammy’s in this world!

I can't even begin to explain what amazing customer service Tammy at the Medical Dept Store has provided to us. We purchased a lift chair for my mother in law at the Medical Dept Store and after 2 years we had an issue with it so I called and spoke with Tammy. She has been so helpful, very friendly, followed up and went way and above any customer service I have received, ever! Tammy is great and we sure appreciate the help she provided to us!! I wish there was a Tammy at every place when I need Customer Service help!!

The good people at this location really came through for me and my friend when she needed oxygen for a long flight. They got the concentrator equipment delivered in less than 24 hours. The employee was very kind and reassuring in explaining exactly how to use it. Reasonable/standard fees. My friend is older, has a heart condition, and is mildly claustrophobic. She was worried about feeling panicky and unable to breathe on the airplane. This move will make her life so much better. Medical Department Store helped make it happen.

I came into store yesterday and asked salesperson if she knew if Medicare covered cost of wheelchair. Her answer was “wheelchairs start at $399 and we have nothing to do with Medicare or insurance. She couldn’t have been more dismissive or unfriendly.

I called to ask about physical therapy equipment on Monday morning, 8/17/2020. When the lady on the phone told me their pricing, I mentioned other places were over $70.00 less. Before I could ask if they price matched, she freeking hung up on me!! STAY AWAY!!

Update 10/23/2018. Called to get a buzz aroung scooter. Said she would have get from the warehouse. Ok. Will call when she gets it in..ok. That was on 10/18/2018. Needed it by 10/21/2018. Have NOT received a call yet. An I don't think I ever will. BAD business Got the scooter across the street. It was cheaper then the price at this place. Unity Medical is the place to go. NOT HERE.. Check it out. You will like them better. An they have it right there...( strike 2) . Your out...... If you are to be a medical store, you should have all medical needs. Including anything that or woman needs.
