The guys at the shop are always so helpful to me. An older guy helped me last time but I can't remember his name but this time around it was Alex. The staff really try to do what they can for you. ?

Very dishonest bunch! Went there for a puncher repair, dude told me if the puncher is on the side wall you will have to change the tyre we can't repair it; call me a few hours later saying he found a big nail in tyre and asked $140 for a new one, I said isn't it too much for tiny van tyre, says hold on let me give you "discount" and said $118 after "discount"! That was all okay.
A few days after I saw the front right tyre was still losing air and dirt on the rim was untouched then I realized goofball criminals have mistakenly changed the wrong tyre that had no problem. And all that nail story was nothing but a story that would have gone as planned if they would not have messed.
Later when I went and challenged his story, started telling me, oh we rotated the tire; no dude you didn't rotate the squat cause I could clearly seed dirt on the front tyre rim is untouched. Dude came up with another brazen story, oh it's the temperature swing that's deflating the tyre! Really??? Only one tyre, that too 20 psi difference????
Stupid+criminal who are on there get rich quick schemes.

Adam was very helpful. He explained everything to me and broke down all the prices. Adam made sure to call me before any work was preformed and told me how much the total would be. I dropped my car off much earlier than my appointment due to work, but the crew was quick and able to give me the quote for repair before my scheduled appointment time and my car was ready to go shortly after! I do recommend Mavis to anyone!

Bruce was absolutely amazing and so helpful. My axle slipped out on kings highway Saturday and he not only treated me with respect and kindness but even walk me into the garage to show me all of the parts that were needing fixed and explain the process of how each piece fits together. I would absolutely come back to this establishment if I ever needed work done on my car again. The honesty and integrity shown makes a world of difference when I am a female who knows little to nothing about cars and usually I would get taken advantage of but Bruce treated me with respect and such amazing customer service! Most definitely ask for Bruce when you come in :)
