We worked with Tim to figure out what mattresses would be best as far as comfort , cost and delivery times. Then we worked with Kenny for delivery time options. Everything was ordered and delivered as planned. The staff is great and would definitely recommend Mikes Mattress for their knowledge and professionalism..

“Sold us a great bed. Scheduling is difficult. Delivery separate contractor who delivers at his schedule amongst his other jobs. We waited the 10 days for delivery it was going to be another 8 days for delivery and setup. Not an option, we picked up and assembled ourselves, not easy to assemble if you do not do on regular basis. YouTube was of little assistance. Plan ahead, if you want a decent price and a great bed.”

“What a pleasure it is to give five star rating to this family owned, and operated business! After severe back issues and several operations and procedures a good night sleep on any mattress we found was impossible! Sleeping in a recliner for eight months is not a pleasant thing to do.
After an hour at Bedmasters Outlet Store Mattresses with Jim, Linda, and Adam, they came up with a solution. The perfect custom mattress to try to solve my problem.THEY DID! They listened in question and came up with a solution. Made the custom mattress and from day one I’ve been able to finally get a good nights rest in bed! “I found the salesman, who greeted me at the door, to be very welcoming. He took the time to show me what he had that matched what I was looking for. We love the TV stand we purchased for our large TV. The Ashley store also had great prices compared to other furniture stores in the area. Next time I am looking for furniture, I will start with Ashley. Linda, who works at the checkout desk at the Port Charlotte store, was so pleasant and helpful with our delivery set up. Then, we had the nicest men (Chris & Tristan) deliver our furniture. It could not have been a better experience.”

“Ulysses was very helpful as we selected a new mattress. It will be delivered tomorrow, old mattress removed and new mattress set up. I am short at 5ft 2 inches so I requested that the bed be no higher than 2 feet. We’ll see how it goes tomorrow.”
