Kenny did a great job in helping us select a new mattress, including describing the features of each mattress. There was an issue that I would blame on the production of the one we purchased and we went right back to Kenny and he took care of everything. We prefer doing business with a local and it was a good decision. Thank you Kenny for your assistance, it was very much appreciated!

We ordered a mattress and adjustable base. They were delivered the next day. The salesman and delivery team were great. We've had them for just over two weeks and couldn't be more pleased.

My 33 year young son kept complaining about his back so as a special BDay present we decided to shop for a good/better/excellent mattresse for him. He argued that it wouldn't make a difference, but we we felt it would make a difference.
We visited the Mattress Firm store on Tamiami Trail in Punta Gorda and focussed with Chuck, who is the assistant manager that our son insisted on a firm mattress but I disagreed. After explaining the situation, Chuck agreed that a medium form firm mattress for a young lean (about 130 lbs, 5'9"), etc. what would be the best scenio. Well our son wasn't "buying it"...long story shorter, after 1 day He stated I like it, now a week later "I LOVE IT!!!" Chuck knows his profession. These guys are trained to figure out what bed type is best for one's needs. This was the best choice to go to a real professional. One's sleep and comfort can not be easily valued unless you aren't sleeping well. I can't thank Chuck Flynn enough!!! Wish I could give ten stars!!!

The salesman Chuck was vert polite & knowledgeable. I got the right mattress for a great price! When they made an error they madevir right at no cost to me. The delivery team was excellent, quick and polite. I would definitely purchase from them again.

When into Mattress Firm in Port Charlotte Fl. spoke to a great salesman named Chuck, he was extremely helpful did not try to sell me a higher priced mattress, was very courteous and treated me like family would not go anywhere else to purchase a mattress. I give him 10 stars.
It was great to do business with him.
