This was the worst place i have ever been in went here to look for wedding bands for me and my wife the women where really pushy and when my wife saw something she liked i put money down on layaway the next day we found a ring elsewhere so we went to get are money back from the layaway and was told they had no money in the drawers and could not refund me my money i called corporate and they where just as rude and unprofessional i will now be calling BBB and i will never go there again and recommend you dont ethier

Stoped in just to have a link taken out of my watch. The Manager, an Asian woman ( which I could care less about her nationality but I do not remember her so as to describe her only) and her sales lady were amazingly unprofessional, and very very pushy. They asked me four times to donate money for a charity drive they were doing and informed me they had a quota that they had to meet… All the wrong reasons to be a part of a charity !!!!

We've purchased a lot of jewelry here. There were our 'go to' store for special occasions. Hubby bought me a new wedding set in August of 2017 as 2018 would be our 10 year anniversary. Got a GREAT deal on a beautiful large diamond set. Wore the rings and we renewed our vows September 2018 and went on a cruise. Upon return I noticed a small diamond on the band of the ring missing. We always pay extra for the warranty on everything we buy there so I took the ring into the store mid September to be repaired. The ring came back two weeks later with a new diamond. Everything was fine till mid October and then the same diamond went missing. Took it back again and they put a rush on it. I picked it up yesterday and last night IT FELL OUT AGAIN! Took it back today and off to repair it goes again. The ladies were nice but could tell I wasn't happy. One of them said 'it's not our fault'... ummm I didn't say it was I want my ring back ASAP and I understand it will take up to two weeks but damn! 3 times already. I gave them 3 stars because they do have nice diamonds and awesome sales periodically. I've never lost a diamond on anything from them before this. And as a side note, no this ring was not sized. It was made special for me because of my small finger size

My fiancee and I purchased two wedding bands and a necklace from Marks and Morgan in Port Charlotte, FL at Port Charlotte mall. They sized our rings wrong THREE TIMES. Our wedding is a week away! Now all they want to do is give us $75 off. As of right now, we are in the store getting our card credited. They are raising their voices and telling us that they want us gone out of the store. We spent way too much money here to be told to leave. If you want your jewelry sized correctly with good customer service DON'T COME HERE. YOU will be told to LEAVE if they are in the wrong! WE are currently on the phone with corporate and they tell us they want us out. I guess they are all about the sale.

Watch out for SCAM credit card sign-up. My daughter who is 18 went to the store to get a ring re-sized that her boyfriend bought her. The store clerk told her that she could "enter her in a drawing" for a $1000 gift card and took down her information. Turns out she actually opened a credit account in my daughter's name! I have told my daughter to never give out her SSN again for a "prize drawing." At no time was she told she was opening a credit account. I am filing complaints against this store with the BBB.

My hubby and I came here looking for an anniversary diamond ring. Was greeted by a representative who tried to hurry us up Reminded us of a used car dealer! It was obvious that we did not have her full attention. We told her we would come back and she was out of the door before we were...it was her lunch time. Never again will I step foot in a Marks and Morgan. Went to Kay Jewelers instead, had a wonderful customer service experience and purchased a beautiful ring.

Bought a $1,000 diamond ring and the diamond fell out less than a week later. When I got it back from being repaired she handed it to me in a plastic Baggie. I asked for a box and she said we already gave you one. Wow. Guess a box will break the bank. I spend a lot of money here and I won't be back.

Terrible service from manager, Sadia. She wouldn't let me exchange a $250 watch for a new one even after 2 instances of problems. I bought a $250 watch that lasted 2 months before it stopped working. I took it back to get fixed and it worked for a week but again stopped working. Store said they would send it out to fix again but would not accommodate me when I told them that I would be out of the country before I could receive it. The watch would go dead out of lack of use before I could get back to the country to get it. They said they couldn't ship it to my new location and did nothing to compensate for my inconvenience and would not refund me or exchange the watch. Terrible customer service that shows that their motto of "total and complete satisfaction" is a sham.
