I just picked up my 2014 Ford Flex today after three days in the shop! I cannot say enough positive things about this shop! The owner explained everything before I decided to have the work done! He helped set up a rental car with Enterprise! The work was perfect! The office staff was very nice too! They were helpful with everything! I highly recommend this business! Professional business - we are lucky to have such a high quality business in the area.

I do believe that the management of S & S Money Auto Repairs intent is to provide quality service. I also enjoyed talking to the management as they were most personable. When I picked up my vehicle and drove it away, the oil light came on and the car's idle was rough. I immediately brought back the vehicle and after opening the hood I noticed that the oil filler cap was not put back after the oil change and was resting on the side of the hood molding. The engine was smoking as a result of the oil spewing out of the filler opening and hitting the hot engine parts. The technician immediately replaced the filler cap and wiped down the engine. The oil sensor light was still on so he plugged in his computer to the car's port and reset the trouble light. I then drove away and immediately thereafter, the tire pressure sensor light came on for the rear right tire. I turned around and went back. This time another technician checked the tires and refilled where necessary. Included with the oil change was tire rotation, however for whatever reason the tire pressures may have not been checked and because of the rotation, may have caused a surge in the system. Charles (the Owner) asked me to drive the car around his parking lot to see if the tire trouble light would shut off. It did not so he took it for a ride and returned a few moments later with the problem being corrected. In both of these situations, I believe that if the car was taken for a test ride I think the two problems that surfaced would have been caught by the technician. I do understand that people do make mistakes and I am certainly ok with that, however a test ride would have indicated the two errors and could have been corrected before I was ready to take my car. Went to Yukon Auto Glass to get a crack in my windshield repaired from a rock. They did a great job for a great price! You can barely see the crack now and they have a super sweet rescue dog! Thanks again!

Absolutely horrible service! I went in and scheduled to have my windshield replaced they were on it got it scheduled for 2 days later they said to just bring it in at 8:30 that morning and max it would take 4 hours ok no problem. This is my work truck not a personal vehicle so i am starting the day around lunch thats cool got all my work scheduled after 3:00 just to buy time unless they had any issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! In my 30+ years as a licensed driver, I've had plenty of car repair nightmares, but my experience at American Auto Body was my first dream come true. Everyone at this shop, from the office personnel to the technicians, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and customer-focused. My parked car was hit by someone while I was in a store. There was visible damage to the rear end on the driver's side. Although the damage appeared to be relatively minor, I expected the typical days/weeks of waiting and very high bill. However, I called American to schedule an estimate, and they said that I did not need an appointment, to just come in when convenient. I showed up at the shop 15 minutes later, and after looking at the damage, the estimator (Jason) fixed the separation between the front and rear end and snapped everything back into place in less than 10 minutes with just a few tools. This company has my business for life. Thank you, Jason, for your kindness & expertise!

I moved 1400 miles to this area for work. I am a very hands on kind of guy that likes to tinker with his vehicle. I had planned on working on my second once it was delivered. Due to unfortunate issues, the second car had to become my primary vehicle. Now I was stuck with a vehicle that already had issues. All my tools were back home and won't be here for another 30 days. I spoke with the people at S&S Money about my circumstances. I was at their mercy! Not only did they slide me to the top of the list, the prices were very fair! They had me by the ***** and could have charged my whatever they wanted! I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them whenever I can figure out something on my own. Very happy with my experience at American Auto body. Jason and the other employees did an awesome Job repairing my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali. Work was completed on time with no unexpected surprises. Jason made sure I was kept up to date with the progress of the repairs the whole way. Will definitely use American again if the need arises.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Well done and on-time! Did a great job repairing my 1996 300ZX. They even matched the pearl white paint. Owner/manager is a great guy and treated me like person, not a source of income.
