“As a frequent flyer at this UPS Store location (3280 Tamiami Trl Ste 36), I must say I have never had a single bad experience. Every visit to this store I'm always blown away by the professionalism and kind attitudes.

Each and every employee I've dealt with at this location has always been very helpful, courteous, welcoming, efficient, and just very kind. They all have excellent customer service skills at this location and are always very attentive and greet you upon entering the store. It shows the employees here do a great job and work hard and do not act unprofessional even when they are likely flustered or on a tight schedule due to the sheer volume of work they do here on the daily.

Most employees here greet me by name or have made an attempt to learn my name and continue to treat me better than most people who are in customer service positions today!

They all do their job very well and effectively while delivering some of the best customer service I've seen with fantastic attitudes and are all very kind and personable.
