Lowes is unprofessional and tries to act like they care about their employee. They over work you with horrible pay. They do not train anyone the right way. & they just fire people with hard working intentions because they expect us to know things and policies about the company that they did not teach us. I was never trained always just told what to do by numerous of people. It's very sad I expected more organization from a large company organization. store #1732 port Charlotte

On 3/1/22 we purchased the Glendale high top table and chairs. We paid over $1000.00 and In less than a year all four chairs failed. The bearings fell out and the chairs wobbled terribly. Lowe's did send us two replacement parts. The other two were not available. Mia a representative of the company (Yotrio) who manufactures this set contacted me via email. And said they have no more of the parts but wanted a picture of the receipt so they could compensate us for the two. Not sure how they planned on doing this but nonetheless I sent the pic of the receipt and have heard nothing. I even responded back to her on two occasions and still nothing.I know this review is a little late from the last contact I had from anyone concerning this issue. But I just sat in one of the chairs this evening and it feels worse than a couple days ago and just frustrated me to no end.When talking to others about the big box home improvement companies I have always stated that Lowe's was my store of choice. But with this, as what feel was a big purchase, and have gotten only partial compensation I have to rethink my preferences. Even the new parts have failed since the design did not change.Greg

Today I came into look for a hanging basket for my new fern and I was a little lost looking for what I was looking at online. Thankfully I ran into sales employee Rich and he was very helpful. He actually was in the middle of doing something else yet was super nice to help me. I also was helped by another employee when I was looking at hooks for the ceiling but sadly I didn't get his name. I had a great experience and I wanted to write this review. Lowes in Port Charlotte is my go to especially the garden center. It's always nice and clean and organized. Thanks again!

No receipt no refund ... I asked for a gift card and I would have spent more thank the refund amount! wtf was totally different in pa won't shop here anymore! You're loss Lowes

Purchased 2 doors from Lowe's in March and was going to use their installation service as well. On May 3rd Charlotte County approved the permit. never got a call to setup a n install date and every time I called the installation department they told me that they would have the service company call me and to expect that call within 24 hours. That call never happened. I would call Lowe's install division and they would use their favorite word "escalate" the issue. Well, that escalation never resulted in a call. On May 24th I called and told them to cancel the order and to credit my bank account. Now, I did place it on my Lowe's account but the next month I paid it in full. So there was no reason to put it on the Lowe's account but they did. Now I have been relegated to burning this money off at Lowe's, lining their pockets with additional store sales. Lowes should not reap the reward of having my money after non performance of a contract. I was able to locate the email addresses for both the CEO and Exec. VP if you need it.

I've always chosen Lowe's ove all other home improvement stores . until this weekend I would've given them a 5 star rating. Me and my son ( active Navy ) were in lowes and when we checked he tried to use his military discount and was denied. He had went online and filled out all of the necessary paperwork, previously. We have others that are registered to receive the military discount, none of which were accepted. we spent $283 and the discount would've been nice . it angers me that these men and women volunteer to serve this country and can't even get a discount without jumping through hoops only to still be denied. guess I'll give Home Depot another shotsincerely aaron cravensproud navy dad of 3

We wnet into the store and could not find what we were looking for, asked someone to help and they were to busy to pay any attention to me, never did find what I was looking for. Walked out empty handed..

Wow this location is worst and this manager Neil just tooled me to "get out of HIS store" or he's going to call the police when he wasn't able to get my gift card for $450 to work. I never said anything rude or upsetting to him all I asked for is to make a purchase with it since he clearly can type it in and see the balance, then since he can't do it.. instead of doing his job he shut off the computer and said get out of my store or I'm gonna call the cops.... I then ask them for a store managers info he said "I'm calling the cops get the hell out of my store" ... wtf ???

Have now been without a washer since June 5th 2022- 12 weeks! I have tried to get Lowes Warranty Protection to fix or replace my washer with absolute zero results. I keep getting the run around. Originally called June 6th to place the claim. I have since had to call June 27th, July 11th, July 25th, and on August 4th They said they were sending my broke washer claim to Escalation Dept. And they would contact me in 48hrs. I never heard back so I called August 9th and they said escalation takes 10 business days. So today August 28th I call and now they want to escalate my already escalated claim and wait another 48 hrs to hear back- I can't even make sense of it at this point. So frustrated and disappointed- at this point I could have bought a new washer with the money I spent on the warranty and all the money I've spent going to the wash house for the last 12 weeks for a family of 7. Beware the repair company they use- They sent- CUSTOMER CARE APPLIANCE SRVC 6202 PRESIDENTIAL CT, UNIT E, FORT MYERS, FL 33919, USA (239) 257-2345 These people are extremely rude and have zero phone manners. They come to your house and order wrong parts and give the run arround- first time out June 14th they ordered the wrong parts, 2nd time out June 28th (after I called to find out when they would come fix my washer) they came with the wrong parts from the 1st service call, this time said they had to order correct parts. 3rd time out July 12th (after I called on July 11th) they said the mother board they ordered won't work because all the wiring has been burnt and they need to order more parts. I have tried calling the repair people and the warranty people- no one is of any help! Sadly I have read other reviews and they are all stating basically the same thing about the warranty dept and the repair people! Save you sanity and money and do not buy a warranty- cheaper to just replace appliances these days.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this store! We spent over $1500 on a laundry center and delivery. Their installation people broke our air exchanger for our air conditioning system putting in the washer and dryer. After an hour and a half on the phone with Loews people (constant pass around) they put in a claim with their delivery company. That company returned ZERO phone messages, answered ZERO phone calls, sent a registered letter saying they did not do it despite never sending an inspector, never reading the air conditioner company's report, nor sending anyone who can speak English to address the issue. It was their people that broke it and tried to hide it. By the way their company has three different names so far (I wonder why).Now had my second in person trip to Loew's. Horribly undertrained customer service desk. Managers supposedly constantly not available until one this morning who was NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!We now need to take Loew's Port Charlotte to small claims court for the cost of our repairs, the return of their washer/dryer center, and damages for exposing our condo unit to liability issues. After 20 plus years as a Loew's customer spending thousands of dollars, you could not get me to buy a 50 cent screw from them ever again. So I am putting the word out there about our experience and again suggesting that you find a much better alternative for anything you are considering buying from there.

The door broke on my microwave so I went to home depot where I found the same model for $328. After10 minutes trying to find a sale s rep I was told that they would have to order the model and pay a $69 delivery fee. Went to Lowe's.Off Veterans in scale Coral where a sales rep came up to me within a minute asking if I needed help. Showed me the floor model that was the same as the one I needed but at Lowe's it was only $279 and it was in stock. He helped me load the box on my cart. Bottom line home depot gets a 1 and Lowe's gets a 5 and I saved $118.
