Horrible customer service. The people working there have zero knowledge of what they are selling. Then they have zero interest in being bothered to help when they have to be asked for information because of their incompetence. For the prices listed, you might as well go to a dealer.

Ordered a Gameboy online a few weeks ago and was very impressed. Item came after only a few days and is exactly as pictured and worked immediately on startup. I have no issues ordering from this store again.

Only person in when doors open , 1000s in pockets, man and lady was hateful acting,fair to say they lost the sale today on few gold items. Get new staff asap.

Holy eggs Batman, let's scramble on over to Loan star for all of their spooktacular deals they have! They are fully stocked on game systems, tools, jewelry, and "that one thing" your always looking for! My favorite are the CASE pocket knives and all the instruments they have. You don't get quality items like this in your shop by low balling. They go out of their way to give a more than fair price for your items, and they do that by having one of the best customer service atmospheres in town! Better get there FAST!

I have proper ID which I was never asked for I was completely judged from the time I walked in the door to the time I put my stuff on the table my friend who was with me not only purchases stuff from your store but also traded stuff in with you guys recommended I go to you so I don't get how him being with me was illegal so he brought me there and you guys even treated him nasty you will say anything to protect your people so I get it and I'm just one person and you guys see a million people a year so you don't need my business so I'm guessing the other reviews are liars as well I highly doubt that I experienced that first hand you can view your cameras how I was talk to and looked at he wouldn't even make eye contact with me but it's okay you guys keep doing whatever you're doing.

Walked in with gold jewelry pieces. The Lonestar Pawn had everything guns, motorcycles, tools, guitars, monitors and YES jewelry. The crew was cool and were well informed. The prices were very good. Don’t let the dark exterior scare you off. I have alot of 1 earrings, here I can get paid for them.

Came in with some gold jewelry. The shop had everything tools, guns, motorcycles, musical instruments, TV and of course jewelry. The staff was friendly, and were well informed. The prices were very fair. Don't let the dark exterior scare you off, come in it's bright inside. I have tons of 1 earrings, here you and I can get paid for them.
