Our experience at Leaders Furniture was great! We are new to the area and Leaders was recommended on our local community Facebook site. We were not disappointed. Our sales person, Frances, was professional, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Our lanai set came in earlier than we expected....and we love it! Great quality! And finally, the delivery process went smoothly as well. They were polite, respectful and on-time!

We have been purchasing and adding on to outdoor furniture form Leaders Port Charlette for years. We had a couple of chairs a few years ago that broke, a couple of times and Leaders replaced them for us. We have a large lanai and bought everything from leaders over the years. We just added a fire table to our collection and are very pleased with it. The gentleman who delivered it couldn't have been more polite, professional and courteous. Furnishing our new lanai, we had a wonderful experience with Leaders Furniture of Port Charlotte. The selection was broad and exceptional. We found exactly what we wanted. Our Showroom Professional, Andy Bernard, was excellent. He was there, but not high pressure. He gave us time to explore and discuss options privately, but was always at the ready. When it came to the process of choosing fabrics, he was patient and gave great advice. We made our purchase in March, and Leaders held it for us in their warehouse for over 6 months. When it came time for delivery, they were very flexible, as we had to delay by a week. Even the delivery team was friendly and helpful. They showed us how to connect the furniture and offered tips from their experience. We highly recommend Leaders furniture of Port Charlotte and Andy Bernard to anyone looking for a single piece or a hole room. They are top notch!

I bought our lanai furniture set from Leaders in Port Charlotte, Fl and it is very good quality and the color has not faded at all... We also purchased a table and chair set that are aluminum and very durable and lightweight. We have enjoyed all the products we have purchased from Leaders and did I mention the staff are wonderful to work with... Thank you Leaders....

I was looking for new lanai furniture that would last, a friend recommended Leaders. It was my first and only stop. Salespeople greet you when you enter the store and invite you to wander around. Lots of choices and I found exactly what I was looking for even before by I knew exactly what I was looking for.Sales people are knowledgeable and very helpful, don’t rush you and explain everything.Furniture was delivered yesterday, and delivery went smoothly. The 2 gentlemen were efficient and polite.My lanai looks no like a brand new room! I highly recommend Leaders in Port Charlotte.

Our first impression when we saw this place was , " wow, they have lots of choices"! We were welcomed with a cheerful greeting and big smile by Andy (Port Charlotte store). Andy took his time showing us patio furniture; his expertise combining pieces with my style was spot on. What a wonderful experience!Can't wait to have the pieces delivered to enjoy . Excellent experience with Shopping at Leaders furniture. We needed new lanai furniture for around the pool. We found exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. Andy and the staff are very helpful showing us all our options. We were even able to order custom cushions and pillows for existing furniture which matches ourpurchases. We are very happy.

We were so impressed with our salesperson, Jev. He was very friendly and helpful. Extremely happy to hear our table set and lounge chairs were all in stock and will be delivered on Tuesday. Can't wait to enjoy them!

The only words that come to mind are- THANK YOU! We had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience with Leaders! Their furniture selection is extensive and they clearly offer quality products (WIN!), but the best part is their STAFF (DOUBLE WIN!) From the moment we walked in we were made to feel welcomed by the store manager and given the opportunity to look around comfortably. Nick, our salesman offered his assistance after a reasonable time and is an absolute true professional! He is extremely knowledgeable and really helped us to make the right choices for our needs. When we went back the next day to make our purchase, we were welcomed back like friends. Thank you LEADERS, we will be lifelong customers, and look forward to working together again! ?

We had searched around numerous outdoor patio furniture stores, but as soon as we walked into Leaders, we just knew we would find our new furniture - good prices, great selections. We were warmly greeted by Francis who guided us through the store and helped us tremendously without being obtrusive. He was very accommodating and patient. Highly recommend Leaders.

We looked at several different stores before settling on Leaders. Furniture and decor was exactly what we were looking for and the sales person Miranda was easy to work with. We ordered some custom furniture as well as some stock items and everything came in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend this store.

Excellent experience shopping in a beautiful showroom!Briana was our salesperson and she was Fantastic! She let us browse the entire store and was Available when we had questions!I wish every retail furniture company was like this! We Purchased a nice Table and 4 chairs for the Lanai. They delivered and set it up the NEXT DAY... I'm Very Happy!

We were able to find everything we needed for our lanai at Leaders Furniture. We ordered a dining set, chaise lounges, a sectional, another small seating area set, side tables, coffee table, small firepit, etc and special ordered our fabric. Our sales person, Nick Madore was amazing. He made the shopping experience fun, and it was not stressful at all. Nick listened to what we were looking for and offered great options that worked for both of us! As our furniture is being delivered we are both extremely happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Nick and Leaders Furniture!

We were shopping around for pool chaise for quite some time. We went to Leaders and were greeted by Nick who showed us around the store with various options. It took us a couple of days to decided but we found what we love! It has been a pleasure working with Nick! We will be going back for any future patio shopping when needed.
