An excellent selection of furniture to choose from. It took a bit to find a salesperson to assist me with my search for a comfortable chair for the lanai. Unfortunately, we did not buy anything this time. I just can’t wrap my head around paying $1300 for a patio chair.They would not even consider waiving the additional $140 delivery charge!

Very happy with Leaders. We purchased a full patio set and had to leave it behind when we sold our house. We went right back to Leaders and worked with Miranda again. Her customer service was top notch. All of the sales people were very helpful and friendly. We purchased our second set and scheduled delivery for the next day. Highly recommend Leaders!

We finally have nice lanai furniture after years of settling for big box store products. We always went the least expensive route but now realize in the long run it actually pays to buy quality. Nick at the Port Charlotte outlet gave sound, practical advice. It took us multiple visits and he was patient and not rushing for a quick sale. We met other employees there that were just as pleasant and helpful. Delivery by Bruce finished a great buying experience. Our only regret is passing by the store so many times, we could have been enjoying our furniture years ago!

This is my second major purchase from Leaders in the past 8 years. They never disappoint. Lorrie was so helpful in navigating me through the myriad of fabric choices. I ended up with furniture that met my vision, was of wonderful quality and delivered when promised. Leaders is my go to for all things lanai.

This review is for Leaders Furniture of Port Charlotte. Let me get right to it. If you are looking for great outdoor furniture and decor look no further than Leaders! They have a great showroom with many high quality items. We are very picky when it comes to selecting items for our home and always looking for quality. They really have everything you could want and more. The sales team is very knowledgeable and not pushy. They have a really good sense about what you’re trying to achieve. We worked primarily with Nick Madore. What can we say about Nick, well his business card says it all “showroom professional “ he is all that and more! We love all the items that we purchased from Leaders and Nick made it fun as we explored all the different choices that were available to us. Leaders Furniture will be our go to destination from now on! Check them out!

I waited a few months to post this review to give Leaders Furniture an opportunity to make things right. Sadly, they did not. In the Fall I bought four lounge chairs on sale. They had a sample of each colour in the show room and I chose the brown color. On delivery day, only three lounge chairs arrived. They said they had trouble finding the fourth chair, but it would come. After about a week it did come, but that lounge chair was a different color, it was very greyed out and broken! The back of the chair is missing the hardware to keep it in place.I thought, okay, I will call them, and Leaders will make it right, which was their first inkling to do so. However, things changed, and they informed me that because these items were on sale they are considered "final sale." Now, I can understand having a final sale policy on sale items. What I cannot begin to fathom is how they can deliver an item that is discoloured and broken, and put that on me, saying, too bad, final sale. Huh?????I spoke with every level of management up to their head office, and they all had the same response for me, final sale, regardless of the condition that fourth lounge chair was in. I suspect when they were looking for that fourth chair, they found it in an old return bin and thought they would ship it to me and slap a final sale sticker on it.I still can't quite believe this happened. They would not even supply the missing part to fix the broken chair. This was a big expenditure for us, at $1300. If I could afford it and manage it, I would deliver that broken chair to the front door with a big sign on it, saying, "Beware of final sale!"

Leaders Furniture of Port Charlotte and Nick Madore (Showroom Professional) just made my lanai dreams come true :-) After waiting over 3 years for our lanai to be completed (mostly), I had a picture in my mind of what I was trying to create. Their showroom is huge and I was thrilled when I found just what I had envisioned! Nick gathered all the info on the Kokomo pieces we were interested in and we went home to check measurements and to get an idea of what would fit where; the planner on their website is awesome! When we went back a couple of days later, Nick patiently helped us make decisions on a few of the pieces we weren't sure about and took down our order. By the way, Nick, those were excellent suggestions. Because our cushions needed to be "custom" made, we had to wait a bit for our order to come in, but it was well worth it. The delivery men were professional and showed us how to lock the sectional pieces together once we were ready to lock them in. We even received a follow-up call from Nick to make sure we were satisfied and to see if we had any questions. Our interactions with Nick were perfect: he wasn't pushy, he didn't hover, and yet he was always available to answer our questions. And, as a bonus, he has a great sense of humor and made the entire shopping experience fun. Yup, that's right, I actually said FUN! I can't say enough positive things about our entire experience with Leaders Furniture and Nick. If you're in the market for Florida living furniture or decor, you can't go wrong with Nick and Leaders Furniture of Port Charlotte.

Shopped at the beautiful Port Charlotte store. Customer service, Francis, was low pressure and helpful. Needed to check dimensions so called back the next day to order. Again, great service by Nick. My order was delivered promptly 2 days later. Love my Kokomo furniture. Will shop here again.
