I am very pleased with the service we got from the salesman and delivery guys. The fireplace cabinet looks great especially since the delivery guys caught a piece that was wrongly assembled and were able to correct it on the spot.
The salesman got a bundle of discounts for us since we purchased all that we did. I am still waiting on a table that was backordered .

Defective couch of which I purchased another one today. The framework for the pull out bed was bent. After waiting 5 days with no solution I was forced to purchase another couch to the tune of 2,000.00. If the couch had been under warranty they would remove it and replace it. But because it’s not under warranty they wouldn’t remove.
Bad experience with port Charlotte store. Good experience with the sales person You need to work on customer service it will make or break a business. Being in sales all of my life. I know good customer service

Katarina did a fantastic job explaining the stores merchandise...she was very friendly and had great customer service ...i will buy all my future purchase from her only.....we drove 2 hours to see her skills ... Thank you katarina for being such a caring and happy furniture sales agent at kanes.

Marcia helped me make great choices in furniture. She listened to what I said I wanted and showed me what the store had in those areas. She was very helpful but not pushy. You are lucky to have her work there. I will be needing 2 more rooms plus accent items and I will be back to see her.
