1940 Tamiami Trl Suite #101, Port Charlotte“Just called and spoke with Sooaad on the Xfinity Live Agent Helpline regarding our internet being down. We are currently experiencing internet issues due to Hurricane Milton. Yesterday morning I got a text saying that our internet was restored the previous night at 8pm, which it was not. From there, I restarted the modem and used their AI chat feature to book an appointment for a technician to come out. Randomly a couple hours later I got a text saying that my appointment had been cancelled even tho I didn't cancel it. Today, Sooaad helped me not only rebook the appointment but she was also to get me an appointment for a much earlier date as well as place me on a wait list for tomorrow in case they have any openings. She was extremely nice and very helpful throughout this entire process and I can honestly say I've never had a better experience with calling a helpline.”
