This is a long overdue review, Karl the owner of Infinity Diamonds is such an honest, outgoing, caring, and friendly person. I had the best experience with him. My engagement ring and wedding band were priced reasonably and you can tell Karl just isn’t out for your money, he wants to give you what’s best for you for your price range while also giving his professional opinion on what looks best, he truly cares the most about your experience. When it came to the custom wedding band that I designed with Karl for my wife, he went out of his way to make sure that it was perfect and did it in the perfect time. I will continue to recommend people and also continue to buy jewelry from Karl. I recommend anyone to go here for whatever you are looking for. 5 STARS

After spending a lot of money on repairs of my jewelry I brought one of them back because the area they fixed broke again. The attitude of the owner Carl was so bad and he kept arguing with me. I had paid $250.00 for this repair and he said it would cost me that again to repair it. He obviously does not guarantee his repairs. He definitely needs lessons on customer service. I've never seen another customer in the store when I went there many times so that says a lot. I went one time to have my Omega watch battery replaced, he called me and said it needed the whole insides replaced. I believed him and paid a lot for this but I think I was scammed. I don't believe a $5000. watch needs that large of a repair. I will never go there again and suggest the same for anyone else reading this.

Amazing service and communication, had a custom wedding ring made and was a very smooth detailed process. Karl is a true professional you can trust, I am definitely getting all my jewelry from him from now on. He hand selects the best diamonds and the ring came out phenomenal, we couldn’t be happier! My wife and I brought in her 32 year old wedding ring that was worn and damaged. Her diamond had fallen out and the band itself was so thin it was in danger of breaking. Karl did the repair work and returned this precious momento off our love to perfection. My wife and I were thrilled! I highly recommend infinity diamonds to everyone!

I couldn't be more thankful to have met Karl at Infinity Diamonds! After going to both Dunkin Diamonds + Kay Jewelers where they told me it wasn't possible to have a stone set in the center of my engagement ring, I paid a visit to Infinity per recommendation. Karl not only educated me about why this ring was unique, he assured me he could get it done, AND in the same day just before I left the country! I am sooo in love with my engagement ring now and it's due in part to Karl's care for his customers. He has me as a client for life now. My daughter was shopping for an engagement ring so we Google searched and found Infinity Diamonds in Port Charlotte. Based on their reviews and owners testimonial, we stopped in. It was the best experience in a long time! Owner Carl is extremely knowledgeable with his diamonds and jewelry and he answered all of my daughter's questions and did research to assist her in the perfect ring! First off would like to thank Karl Vice for helping me make an amazing engagement ring purchase. He was able to take what I wanted from a few pictures and ideas and turn it into reality. He was able to make the process quick and easy. The ring was also next day delivered! I couldn't have ask for a better experience. I was already nervous about proposing and making such a large purchase but Karl was able ease my mind and can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend if looking for any type of jewelry purchase.

Was in Port Charolette on a business trip and stopped in to look, ended up buying my engagement ring here. This was the first piece of jewelry I've ever really bought in my life, and had been a stressful process over the past few weeks. Atleast it was until I went into Infinity Diamonds. Mr. Vice was professional and welcoming, educating me on what to buy and where value was in the rings. He was incredibly generous on his pricing, and helped work with me to get the ring of my dreams for my now fiancee. I would recommend him to anyone, and will drive 10 hours back down here to continue to give him business in the future.

I brought in my treasured Victorinox Summit XLT engraved and given to me after an OIF deployment. They had me in and out in under 5 mins and told me the battery change was on the house. Very generous of them, and they now have a customer for life.
