Everything went smoothly, Mannie answered our questions and your warehouse/delivery manager helped us solve the problem on how to plug in our sofa since we had a floor outlet. Hopefully delivery will be as easy.

We bought several rooms of furniture from this location 4 or 5 years ago, it has held up very well, and we get lots of compliments on how well it looks in our house. All the pieces have proven to be durable and timeless as well as classic! We have thoroughly enjoyed our furniture purchases from Haverty's. I will add, that we recently had one of the drawer pulls break, I removed those parts and returned to this Haverty's location with those parts, they were able to order replacement parts to replace the broken part and get our furniture back to like new condition!

I am so disappointed with Haverty's, Port Charlotte. We have spent thousands of dollars there! We bought an occasional chair, that we were told was a special order and returned, so was being sold for less, so we ordered a matching one. The seat cushion kind of had a light shadow, but I was assured ut was nothing. We are seasonal so today I turned the cushion over and there is a round spot in the middle, like a urine spot. The cushion was probably cleaned and after sitting for a year+ and Florida weather, it has come to the surface...1 side worse than the other. I believe them, that there was nothing wrong with the chair. I will never buy from there again and will tell all of my experience. I hate being lied to and especially after all the $$ we have spent in that store. They should have replaced the cushion before selling, or been honest about it!! Wall

Such a beautiful store, fully remodeled in 2023. Many different style choices and price points. George was wonderful, very helpful. Definitely worth a visit when looking for furniture!
