“This was the first time visiting the store to have a few windows re-screened. The staff were very personable and professional during my visit. I was impressed with the variety of inventory and pricing compared to other retail businesses.
After some perusing, I completed a ticket to have two (2) windows re-screened. I was told the screener wouldn’t return for a few days which wasn’t a big deal. However, I received a call the next day saying the screens were completed.
I arrived at the store and met the screener, Gregg, who was super positive and energetic. The screens came out amazing so I asked if he (Gregg) could build me 2 additional screens. Without hesitation, he completed a ticket and said they would be done the next day. Needless to say, he didn’t let me down and they were completed the following day. They look amazing!
I would like to commend the staff, especially Gregg, for their exemplary customer service and professionalism. Keep up the great work!
