Called and spoke with Joel. He held a generator for us for one hour. We arrived and he educated us on what we needed. We were able to take advantage of a coupon and 10% off from 1st cc purchase. Thanks to his knowledge base

Went to HF for tools I needed for the farm in Northport. Employees were very helpful locating all items. Not like in the big box stores were they see you approaching them and run away from you. Great prices and variety. Thanks.

They charged me 160$ for a restocking fee for a generator that was never even taken out of the box and that I was able to lift out of my truck and carry in myself. Was a freaking rip off not going back because of this

Customer service is very poor. Bought a very expensive toolbox and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive, since they don’t keep stock at this location, got a message to pick up and when I got there after a 40 minute drive, the manager wouldn’t let me pick it up because he was understaffed. He was rude and said you’ll have to try again tomorrow. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Definitely will not be buying anything here ever again , restocking fee to return a broken power washer that wouldn't even turn on is ridiculous. I wouldn't have to return it if it worked in a first place.
