This veterinary clinic is amazing!! They were so good with my lady Mae❤️ I’m so grateful we found them because they are so gentle and sweet to our puppy! All the staff are very sweet and welcoming. Lady had to get vaccines and they kept her very comfortable and calm. This will be our permanent vet for her.

My puppy was on deaths door and my vet wouldn’t see her because they had a full schedule (heron creek). They sent me to an emergency vet but that vet wasn’t in yet. We drive by Groves Veterinary clinic all the time so we took a chance at 4pm and called. They got us in immediately. Dr. Groves admitted her to the hospital. The care was amazing. The nurses and techs were very nice and it felt like a Team effort! They even send me pictures by cellphone so I could see my little pup while she was away. Dr. Groves saved her life and we are beyond grateful.

I bring my cat Dexter to Susan for grooming every few months. She does an amazing job, Dexter loves Susan and comes home looking great ! Highly recommend her for grooming your fur babies.

This vet is horrible all they care about is money and not about the health of your pet. The doctor gave my puppy a bunch of unnecessary injections without my permission and specifically one that is not safe for puppies. I got a opinion from a different vet and they were shocked and disagreed with a lot of the work that was done. Also, they don’t like to see you in person and push to just drop them off. If you care about your pet don’t go here!

Dr. Groves and his staff are consummate professionals. Interacting with them, you can tell they all genuinely care about the animals and their owners. Sometimes the clinic gets busy and wait times can get a bit extended, but it's understandable given the team's willingness to see patients urgently, as well. If you are serious about looking after the wellbeing of your pets, Dr. Groves is a great partner to have when you need to call in the pros.

If I can give less than 1 star I would this clinic is a high way rubbery very expensive and you don’t even see the vet for 2 years I have this clinic I only meet once the vet and every time you do test for your dog they called

My mother in-law to the phone that the medication he five to the dog in the ear doesn’t mean it will work and I attached a bill they charge my mother in-law that’s not includ the recommendation treatment because we refuse to pay more than 800 that’s the cream they put in the ear is 85 bucks we have to agree or else we go there and pay 650 for nothing just test and check there scum bug sorry to say that but it’s way way scam bug.

I went in recently and I have never worked with a doctor who was this condescending and rude. He would suddenly switch behaviors and would answer my questions like I was an absolute idiot. My dog was so scared he could feel the bad vibes as he walked in. I will absolutely never go back. Not to mention it took two hours for a visit.

When we moved the area our Morkie came down with an allergic rash and they took us in quickly and addressed the situation. Our cat and dog were spayed and neutered with them and the surgery went well. Every time we have a visit their care was palpable. They are on the pricey side but the service provided is excellent.

Dr. Groves and his staff are the best in the area. I have been going there for over 10 years. They have helped me bring new pets into my family and took care of me when I had to send them back to their creator. They are always friendly, helpful and there when I need them. Because of Dr. Grove’s knowledge and experience, I won’t go anywhere else.

We just love Susan! She takes such good care of our Oliver! We feel so comfortable leaving him with her & know that she’ll treat him like he’s her very own! Gives me such piece of mind knowing that he is in her mind hands. Plus, her grooming skill is unmatched. She cuts him exactly as I request!Go see Susan!!!
