Terrible experience and I urge everyone to never go. A older lady kicked me out because my 3 year old cried a little bit walking in. I was calming him down and she rudely kicked me out. Older lady is very rude. I’ve taken him to many great clips and he’s done fine. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. So now I will be going a hour away to my normal great clips :)

Have been to several shops in the past 2 1/2 years ( I'm from NY) and have never gotten a good cut UNTIL just by chance I popped into GC and Nikki cut my hair. Finally found my stylist!

Came in and waited a few minutes before the store opened because I had an appointment. They were kind of rude, but not too bad. Extremely unprofessional. They stop cutting your hair mid cut to see other clients about every 2 mins. So a 5-10 minute haircut turns into a 20 minute haircut. Then openly criticized a 70 year old woman for not knowing how to use their app.
