I took my cell phone in on a Monday to have a damaged back replaced. I was told by Dave, that the part needed to be ordered, that it would be ready the next day, Tuesday. I told him that I had sold this phone and I was going to deliver it on Friday. I went in on Tuesday, and he said it's not ready. For me to come back on Wednesday. I went back on Wednesday, Dave wasn't there. The employee working there called him and I spoke to him by phone. My phone still wasn't ready, he was having trouble getting the back on. He said he had the phone with him. At this point I was a little concerned, but I told him I would be back on Friday since Thursday was the 4th of July. I went in on Friday, I was told that it still wasn't ready, but since I had to wait so long, as a courtesy, he would deliver it to my home. I gave him my address. He never showed up that evening and I never heard from him. At this point I felt like something shady was going on. I texted him and called him with no response. Why would he take my phone out of the place of business to his home? I went in on Saturday, and of course they were closed! I sent him several text messages, I even called the police to see if they could do something about it. He never returned any of my messages. So I went back in on Monday, he was not there, but my phone was ready. He did give me a small discount, but that does not make up for the fact that I lost a sale because I did not have the phone ready in time. I felt like it was not good business ethics and poor customer service. I will never use them again nor will I recommend anyone to use them.

I recently cracked the screen on my iPhone. Stopped in to gadgets plus and David was very helpful and friendly. He had it fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
