Man that answered the phone for the store was rude to me when I called having trouble with my VIP membership, basically thought I was stupid and kept sighing into the phone when I asked a question ?not helpful..

Clean and organized. Plenty of different fandoms and other pop culture to look at and choose from. Not too badly priced either which is nice.

Although we don't have a television in our home, we enjoy the great selection of music here in all genres. There is a great selection of character collections from movies, anime, gaming and pop icons.I remember working on the construction of this store over 20 years ago when it was called Sam Goody. It retains most of the orange painted elements and lighting from the original build back in my days as a younger dinosaur.

The website is trash u can't see if they got what u want before u go there u have to go and they might not have it for a big company they could invest more in their website and be more customer friendly I will not do business with them if I have to drive 30 miles to see if they might have something

Cool stuff but way overpriced. A lot of the action figure boxes are damaged. Multiple items here can be found at half the price at competitors.
