I wish it was easier to make an appointment. Twenty minutes is too long. I got transferred and cut off. Then I had to call 2 more times. Rarely will a service advisor call you back. The service was a 5, but making an appointment is ridiculous. This is a constant problem.Sales department was excellent and efficient. Steve was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. He is a 5 star employee.

I recently purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos. I love the car!! I worked with Nino. Nino was awesome. He handled everything. He helped my husband and I above and beyond. Thank you so much Nino!! The team at Kia of Port Charlotte is wonderful. Everyone was very nice!! I truly feel like part of the Kia of Port Charlotte family. The whole experience has been a pleasure. My Hispanic mother went in today to get her oil changed and watched every other car leave with a complimentary wash but her car for some reason wasn't treated the same. Every time I visit this Kia I get a complimentary wash even when I ask them not to.. so I'm very disappointed to hear of her experience.

Thank you so much to Derek! he was so patient and awesome he helped me buy my first real car. he wasn’t your average sales man he didn’t feel like a shark if anything he felt like family. he did a great job exploring my options I finally found the car I wanted and I’d just say he seemed just as happy I as I was!

What started off as a seemingly simple thing became a 3 month nightmare. Partially because of parts and intermittent A/C issues, partially because of Hurricane Ian repairs (FINALLY). There was some frustration with an employee and with the repairs, but some of it was very understandable. Intermittent problems can be a nightmare to diagnose and resolve.Overall though, I can't speak highly enough of Leslie and Rachel. The two of them got me into a loaner, then a second loaner. When the time came, they made sure that my car got to the body shop for Hurricane Ian repairs that I've waited a year to finally get done and then they got it back to Kia. Then the car got fully repaired and seems to be running fine.Leslie and Rachel stayed in communication with me the entire time. They didn't run when I walked back in (a few different times) while we were dealing with the A/C deciding to work off and on. They stayed calm and pleasant, they did everything they could to make sure that my frustration level stayed low throughout the entire process. They restored my faith in Kia after a difficult initial start to this mess. They are great employees, great people and I can't say enough good about them. Thank you again!

We came here because we were interested in a 2021 Kia telluride. We drove 2 hours and we were in contact with Jayla from start to finish and she was so helpful. Jayla was very great and easy to work with. The finance team was also very easy to work with, no hidden fees or up charges. We left with our brand new car and we are so happy we chose Kia of Port Charlotte!

Wow! What an amazing experience at Kia of Port Charlotte! They were the closest dealership to me that had the exact car I wanted (almost 4 hours away). Nick had all the paperwork ready for us and the car was detailed. We spent an hour or hour and a half total there. That included a demonstration on how to use all the amazing features on the Telluride. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would not shop anywhere else!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Kia of Port Charlotte. Like most people going into a dealership there is a certain amount of tension that is anticipated in "making a deal" on a vehicle purchase. My experience at Kia of Port Charlotte was truly unlike any other vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. My salesman, Tim Lawhorn, was the most friendly, helpful, professional car salesman I have ever met. He absolutely went out of his way to make sure that every aspect of my car buying experience was great from the first telephone contact I had with him, during the purchase and his follow up calls afterward to make sure everything was great. The same can be said for all of the staff I met at Kia. The sales manager, finance manager, and support staff were excellent. We never felt pressured or mislead about any aspect of our purchase. They all made sure that I felt well taken care of. I can honestly say this was the most happy and pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I 100% recommend Kia of Port Charlotte. When it's time to buy another vehicle I will go back there without a doubt. Thank you all at Kia of Port Charlotte!

I am turning 18 soon and wanted a fresh start after my first ever car, looked for something around 12,000 with small amount of mileage and Frank delivered! Was very patient and understanding with my mom and I and made us very comfortable. Quick and efficient process when we were handed over to Kyle to finish up! The staff there is very welcoming and we appreciated the service. Great place ? I am happy with my new Kia.

I brought my car in for warranty issues, they basically said nothing is wrong and it's working perfect. As soon as i drove away my car kept making the same noise. They supposedly do a full maintenance inspection check list and said everything was good, yet 2 of my tires were low. And then on top of that they stole something of value from my car during this maintenance. Go anywhere else.

My son and I went to Kia of Port Charlotte to buy a $10,000 car that was listed on the internet. He had a great credit history but he hadn't had his credit card for very long. But the dealership assured us that they would "work with him." So, he signed the contract and Jacob Thielking, the F&I Manager, used "new technology" which was similar to a giant i-pad that was on a table sized screen in his office. Jacob never showed us the full contract but only the signature part which he enlarged. When I asked, he said that everything would be on a flash drive and I could take it home and look at it. I should've not left before reviewing the full contract. I trusted him.The "internet price" of $10,000 turned into the cash price including taxes, of $13,541.38. Then he told me he had to add a few extra things so that my son's loan could go through. He added two gap insurances, without explaining the price. He added the finance charge. and other fees without explaining the prices. Jacob Thielking, the F&I Manager never showed us the loan documentation. The annual percentage rate of my son's loan is 12.64%. The $10,000 car will now cost my 25 year old son, $22,102.56 after 48 payments.My son would have NEVER signed the contract had he had full disclosure of the cost of the loan. If that dealership tries to lie or deny any of these facts, do not believe them. They are scum.Thanks Jacob, for "helping us out." You should be absolutely ashamed of yourself.Mercedes 2010

The best car buying experience I have ever had and I've had more than a few. The whole dealership is wonderful. All of the people with whom I came in contact were great, especially my sales guy Steve Bruer, the manager Gage, and the money man Kyle. The technology in this dealership is spectacular. Everything was great, especially the people!

Great sales crew! Great atmosphere. My wife bought a 2020 Malibu yesterday and Brandon made every bit of the sale very easy. He's a great guy and took good care of us. He made sure it was detailed and it had a full tank of gas. Definitely recommend seeing him if you are looking to buy a vehicle from Kia of Port Charlotte!
