Fletcher Music has a very helpful and knowlegable staff. I started several years ago with the 6 lessons for $20. That was the best decision I have made! Perhaps it's not for everyone. But investing $20 to try it out..hey you can't go wrong. Stick with it, and you won't regret it. You will learn, grow, improve memory, co coordination and make new friends along the way. I highly reccommend Fletcher Music Center of Port Charlotte!!

Staff is very customer oriented, friendly and helpful. The teacher is an exceptional musician and very much enjoys working with his students. I have been a student for several years, and love the learning and interaction with the other students. This is not only an educational experience, it creates wonderful friendships. Highly recommend.

All the reviews are accurate...these people don't care one bit about the customer only the sale. And they won't sell you the upper end organs at first because they want to keep upgrading you to a bigger and better one (more commissions and more sales)...1 step at a time..tripling the cost of the organ and you just keep paying and paying. Bought 1 organ and before I even had it 4 months they already hounded me to upgrade again. Plus almost all of the organs werent even new for the thousand of dollars they charged. They resell them over and over..at top dollar and tell you your getting a deal. This business has no concern at all for the customer....and the manager is the worst example. Stay clear if this organization.

Terrible experience with the very experienced sales woman. I would not recommend this store for experienced or novice beginners unless there is someone welcoming to potential customers. Interesting how there was no one playing in the store and she made it clear that we were not welcome to play any of the instruments. She also wasn’t helpful as she didn’t recommend another store for us to visit to where we would be welcome and she could possibly receive a referral fee.

Extremely disrespectful, I have been a musician for about 9 or 10 years and yes I’m 17 but no I didn’t come in to cause trouble and touch things I don’t own. I know the price of an organ of such quality. that’s why I had ZERO shock when she said I don’t have to pay repairs on a $40,000 organ. I take one step in and I’m yelled at and completely disrespected by everyone in the store. I felt attacked and targeted. I’ve been a musician for a decade but because I’m a young adult I’m yelled at and disrespected. I’ve been producing music for over a year of my life and can arrange a full composition if I wanted to. I will never ever ever ever give even a cent to the scum that work there. If you’re young and a musician, do yourself a favor and avoid the prejudice you’ll face here.

I was very disappointed with the way we treated at this store today (2-16-19). My 10 year old son, who plays the piano and knows how to treat an instrument, wanted to hear the sound of an organ. The lady came out and very rudely told him not to touch the organs. We explained that he plays piano, he's not just a kid playing around, and she told us that he couldn't touch the organ it was for demonstrations only. I would never shop here as the service was rude and judgemental.

I don't Know anyone who gives more than you all do.

In my Grandmother's 55+ retirement community there are several senior citizens who have been conned and pressured into buying $35,000+ electronic organs and keyboards.
