I was very disappointed with this guy. I tried initially doing business with the modifications of my truck. I purchased all of my parts and told him I was looking for a reputable shop to perform the labor. He immediately became belligerent and told me he would charge me extra as long as my truck was on his lift if something went wrong and that he also needs to uncharge customers on parts because that's how he stays in business. I explained to him I was a technician for 15 years and I completely understand how modifications go and things happen. I chose to perform the labor myself and reached back out to this fellow to give him another chance and help with maintaining my alignment and tire balance and rotation. I made an appointment and he must have figured out who I was and reached out to me and gave me an excuse that his alignment machine needed to be calibrated. I again explained that I understood and to reach out to me and let me know when he was back up and running. He has not since reached out and I don't think he will. I don't know him personally but if he wants I would have no problem talking out our apparent differences. I tried to give a local shop some work. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with this establishment.

I have a white GV 70 and it came with the fuel filler door painted a different white offered by Genesis. (they offer 3) I did not like the way the dealership was going to address the problem and it's a pretty far drive for something so small. With that in mind, I ordered a new OEM filler door and brought it to Fine Line. I dealt with Steve Hawes, who was professional and very helpful. We met with his painter, who scanned the area around the filler door to assure a good match and two days later, it was done. Beautiful paint work and it matches perfectly. Thanks, Steve. I highly recommend Fine Line to anyone needing the type of services they offer.
