“I received my certification from the Disney Institute for Customer Service and also one from the Ritz Carlton, so I would consider myself an expert in recognizing outstanding customer service; since both businesses' knows a little bit about delivering outstanding customer service. I was recently in Arcadia to conduct some banking business and it was such a pleasure to be greeted by a "live" person immediately, asked what how they can help. She walked me over and introduce me to Jaccarie Simons. What an amazing smile he has, and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and solicitous to my needs. Justin Fussell recognized me and came out to hug me and we caught up, but more importantly, he wanted to ensure my needs were also being met. I am very much aware that we all have choices when it come to any business . I always look for the differentiator that separates them from the others. WELL, Crews Bank & Trust has the market - why? 1) local folks doing business with people they know - it's important to see familiar faces. 2) Caring and knowledgeable. “I opened an account just before the holidays. Joseph helped me sign up, get a checking and savings open. Was a sad time after loosing my father. He was incredibly polite, informative, well dressed, (which you don’t see often in southern Florida) respectful.He just called me to check up two months later. After 5:30 I might add! I cannot at all say the same for Chase. Not to mention the three week hold Chase puts on a check when all they need to do is call Fifth Third to make sure money is in the account. I’ll be switching all my accounts to Fifth a third.Mary”
“Have not had a bad experience here yet! I would even dare to say that they have exceptional service here. I was getting frustrated after I visited 2 other branches earlier that could not/would not help with something as simple as opening a credit card. Jason, the gentleman who helped me went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed and also got me to think about some things that I hadn’t even considered. While I was in this branch I also saw another teller go out of his way to help the customer in front of me, but I didn’t catch his name. Keep doing what y’all are doing! And thanks again!”

“Like the bank, but they open at 9 and close at 5 so i have to take off work if i have banking needs that can't be resolved with an ATM or on line. They don't have Saturday hours including the drive through. Only 1 branch in the whole county. But i never had an issue as far as my account is concerned.”

They helped me set up an appointment with a banking specialist. There is never a long wait time any time I've ever went.
