Very unwelcoming and rude staff, as well as passive aggressive. They seem as if they don’t enjoy doing their job, and its never a pleasure ordering there due to the employees. They should definitely work on their customer service. The place next door is definitely one-upping them with prices and customer service as well.

I had a great pineapple smoothie there and he said one day a week they are 2.00 off. Sign up and you can get specials in email and points on purchases.

I am starting a weight loss journey and wanted to change up my diet. And I thought I would try this store, I am so happy I did. I found a lot of things that I used to eat on my first weight loss journey that I couldn't and a lot of other healthy options. Yes, they are pricey, which I expected , but I will be returning for little things here and there that I need for my journey.

I was referred here by another holistic store to find an item I needed. I found it, but seeing the fresh Sushi sign out front, I knew I would need to check that out. The sushi is as fresh as the produce and VERY reasonably priced. We found Deathwish Coffee priced better than other stores. (My partner and I are coffee snobs) We found this store to be clean, very helpful staff and really good prices, with well known brand names. I definitely recommend checking this place out. We will be frequent return customers.

03/01/2024. Earth Origins is a wonderful place to shop if you are sick and tired of being "sick and tired"! Miss Charity, a nutritionist and manager, is extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I love her! I am on Day 5 of a program she recommended for my throat ulcer and inflammation of my esophagus. I feel SO much better already, plus my energy is coming back. I highly recommend this Earth Origins located in Ocala, FL.

Earth Origins is absolute deception and a huge contributor of greenhouse gas emissions, which is crazy because there suppose to be "Earth friendly".. There is no composting system and the amount of food waste that goes to the landfill is sickening. If you really want to eat healthy food and stop greenhouse emissions shop at your local farmers market. Corporate grocery stores are destroying America.

Earth Origins is awesome! There is a good variety of products including organic produce, supplements, healthy snacks, and beautiful greeting cards, etc. I cannot list everything. The store associates are kind and helpful. This is an outstanding health food store!

It is so frustrating to go into Earth Origins when you are on a limited lunch break and can't get waited on in a timely manner. Even worse, is to stand at the Deli counter for 5-10 minutes waiting and not even be acknowledged by someone, who you KNOW sees you standing there. I went to where they were standing cutting something (no customers in sight) and asked very politely, "could you please help me at the Deli when you are finished?" And, she said, snippy-like, "you're going to have to wait. I have two things to do first. I'm a one-man band (or show or something), it's going to be a while, you're just going to have wait", (and she was still mumbling something as I was walking away). I'm thinking, well, no, ma'm, that is not true. I don't have to wait. I will go next door to Sprouts. If she just would have acknowledged me when I walked up and said, nicely, "We're short-handed right now and I need to finish something here first, but I will be with you as soon as I can" or something to that effect, I would have waited. That's the biggest negative about that store, is the amount of time you have to wait at the Deli or to get a smoothie. They are sooooo slow.

Store was clean and well lighted. Selection of the products we were seeking was limited but adequate. Other types of products seemed better stocked.

Prices r 2high.Expired food items prices raised from 1dollar to 2. Expired sale price stickers left on products no longer on sale.Say Sprouts.Bait and switch players. When sprouts opens this place will be gone.Trader joes #1,sprouts#2,whole foods#3, this place sucks. $9.00 for the same potatoes trader Joe's sell for $3.85.Their fresh ground peanut butter is awful and she charged me 4 almond butter and insisted peanut butter was almond butter, this place is shady.

Unbelievable! You talk about price gouging!!!! I ordered a supplement from Amazon but it was going to take a few days so I called this store to see if they had the same product and they did, so my husband drove to pick it up for me. The price difference on the SAME EXACT PRODUCT is more than TWICE the cost than Amazon! (D-Mannose 500 mg 120 veg capsules by NOW brand) Amazon price= $15.51. Earth Origins price= $31.99I will NEVER shop here again and they should be ashamed of themselves for ripping people off, especially when times are tough for the American consumer. I knew they were over priced on all products but this is beyond ridiculous. Plus their produce rarely looks appealing, and overall the store carries very few organic products. I am disgusted! Save your money and shop elsewhere! One star ONLY bc I had to select at least one in order to post this message. They don't even deserve that!

Usually don’t write bad reviews but this place has gone down hill ONLY BECAUSE THE DELI associates. I used to come here all the time for their delicious smoothies and I was so excited to see they opened back up. While you’re waiting at the deli for them to take your order. It’s like they know you’re going to order a smoothie so they purposely ignore you. I even overheard them talking amongst each other one day “when am I not making smoothies”It seems like they need more employees there so they don’t feel like they’re doing too much. I also don’t appreciate the smart remarks from the young guy with dark hair that works in the deli. Even if he was joking you can tell it was passive aggressive. Every time I go I walk past the deli now. I want my smoothies made with love. It sucks because I know the store manager has worked so hard to keep this place up and running. Their associates at DELI unfortunately ruins it for everyone . And you’re the only health food store in town I would expect better customer service.
