I would like to acknowledge and thank Cynthia and Jean at the Port Charlotte Mall location for their help in giving me a polish cloth to try and revive my bracelets that I thought I ruined in a commercial cleaner. They were very helpful and I appreciate that I was given an option first to try to clean them myself. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to return next week to have the store clean them. I feel trustworthy and that Duncan’s is truly an honest business

Kind and curious is my experience. They made me feel like to most important person in the store. Then gave me a great deal on a great piece of jewelry that I could not get anywhere else. I highly recommend that when it is time to buy fine jewelry to give them the opportunity. You won’t be disappointed.

Went to Dunkin Diamonds to purchase a bangle bracelet in Port Charlotte Mall. As I entered the store I was greeted by Jean and Rochelle. They were so very nice and professional and so welcoming. They took their time showing me different bracelets; did not rush me at all.The bangle bracelets are beautiful! I ended up buying three!!! Thank you so much for making my shopping trip so pleasant! Love the bracelets! Thank you All !

I will respectfully disagree with these "supposedly real" reviews. While the staff might be ok, management is horrible. Prices are horrible and you are treated with complete disrespect. Management needs to take a class in sales. Insult and be rude to your customers is not the way to make a sale. If you want to buy a watch or diamonds, do yourself a huge favor and drive to Sarasota or Naples. Do not go to Dunkin Diamonds. You would be better off at Dunkin Donuts!!!!!!!
