Robert is very helpful and doesn't make me feel bad for taking time to ask questions about my OTC order. This CVS is the best one in the area. Most the people there are very helpful.

Their pharmacy has the worst customer service. The last 3 times getting my prescription has been a hassle. They still have not updated my insurance even though I provided it to them each time. They still try running under old insurance and then give me attitude and make me come back to pickup later.

Wow. I see I'm not the only one treated so rude and like a criminal by this cvs location. The womanbwith the forehead piecing was so rude and seemed racistcagainst white men. They played games with filling my prescription. Medicine I need and if I don't take I get sick and can gave seizures. The last refill I went there on the 29 th daycandvthe African pharmacist said he wouldn't fill untilnthe 30th day! So I left came back on 30th day and there was a different pharmacist there and the rude woman told her the other pharmacist said he wouldn't fill it until the 31st day. Which was a lie. Ibtold the pharmacist it was the 30th day because previous month had 31 days. She said I was wrong and she knew how to count. Apparently not! So I left felt sick couldn't sleep 5 minutes that night so went there at 9am when they were supposed to open. When I went to pharmacy there was a hand written sign saying that the pharmacist was sick and they would open 20 minutes late. 20 minutes past and they said they were waiting for pharmacist from a different store to come. I sat there for 2 hours andcabluttle after 11am the pharmacist came. I went to window and the womanvwas more nasty than ever. I then sat fown and I didn't get out of there until 12:15pm!!! Thank God that was last refill and whichever yo Walmart pharmacy where they are so nice and helpful. CORPORATE OFFUCE LOOK AT ALL THE COMPLAINTS AT THIS STORE! THERE IS A MAJOR PROBLEM THERE!! ILL NEVER GO TO A CVS AGAIN. EVEN IF I WAS SYING OF THRIST ANDVTHEY WERE THE ONLY STORE IN MILES TO BUY WATER!

Don't use the drive thru especially during season. Average wait time per car is about 15 minutes. Not sure if understaffed or just can't keep up.

I have used this pharmacy for 2 years, yesterday, Marti cashier # 2103943 refused to refill a prescription. I had to argue with her to have it filled. It was a valid prescription from my doctor. First, she wouldn't fill it because my insurance didn't cover it, I told her I knew that and that I have always paid for it. Then she told me my doctor had to file an authorization to have it refilled. I have had it refilled previously at this CVS and it was a valid, timely prescription. She finally filled it and the charge was double the normal. I asked if she applied Goodrx discount to it and she said she could not do that. Previously, this had been applied. I had called before coming and was told it was processing and would be available after 3 pm that day. It was 4:30 pm when I was there to pick it up. I was treated like a drug addict, 2 years, every 30 days I have this filled at this same CVS. I will never use any CVS again.

Wow, after a crazy afternoon of accidentally puncturing my hand with a drill bit, I went into CVS for a tetanus shot and was out the door in less than 15 minutes! Thank you!

I just went to pick up my daughter's prescription, was in line and watched them help the customer ahead of me, and had the windows shut on me for them to go to lunch. I called the manager for help because I needed to get the script for my daughter urgently and will have no other way of picking it up once I leave. Needless to say we will never be using CVS again. Literally any other pharmacy is more pleasant and easy to work with.

This is the worst by far of any pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The pharmacist really needs to be let go. I’ve never seen anyone that deals with the sick so mean and rude. The attitude rolls right down to the rest of them. They continuously are making mistakes and screwing things up. We will be making a pharmacy change immediately. We’ve dealt with them long enough.

Rude seems like an understatement. I was told by my Dr and by cvs to call around to other cvs’s to see if any of them had my medication in stock. The pharmacist I got told me she couldn’t reveal that info, which is interesting since I’ve done it before with the same medication, and was told by cvs to do this. She said they legally couldn’t I work in a Dr office and I can 100% confirm that’s B.S. she obviously did want to put in any effort didn’t even ask for my info, I had to ask to see if she could find my perception she said she couldn’t, the very next cvs I call were able to find me and confirm they had the medication and were able to see I had a prescription. These people are beyond lazy.

I submitted a prescription to be filled at c v s for covid medicine. I called to follow up and was on hold for thirty five minutes. I called back again and was on hold again for thirty two minutes, never got through. Understaffed or apathetic, same result. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy.

I stood patiently in line the only line that was formed. The pickup registers all had signs saying next register . It was a good 15 minutes I waited in the mean time some customers came up and was standing over by the pick-up registers and the lady in front of me was done the lady walked over and was going to take care of the other customers and she could see that I was there for a while so I spoke up and said I was next and she rudely told me I was in the wrong line. After she saw me standing there the whole time. The customers she waited on had just walked up there . I'm not a person to write a review or complain about some person trying to do their job but this lady was blatenenly rude and was going to make me wait on two other customers that had only been there a minute. I sure hope that kind of actions are not the CVS way

The pharmacists and techs are incredibly rude. They provide zero assistance or ideas. The worst part is how they lie to you..I had trouble picking up a medication and was told a bunch of lies. First i was told the medication is not available because of covid but i just recently moved from Wisconsin and i never had any issues keeping the medication in stock. There was some confusion with the dosage... my Dr. moved it from 4 tablets a day to 6 per day, but for some reason the pharmacists or tech didnt want to hear anything about it. Then another tech checking me out explained that they couldnt read the Dr's handwritting so they just defaulted it to the previous dosage???? Yet, its funny because my Dr. Uses E-perscribe, so there is no "hand-writting".Then she told me that they have that happen a lot with my particular Dr...? Now understand, i just moved cross country so my Dr. Is in madison, Wisconsin and i am filling the perscription at a CVS in Punta Gorda, Florida. Thats an absolute lie. Apart from the obvious, he primarily perscribes scheduled pain medications that cant be filled across state lines. They are completely unhelpful and are very rude. I JUST CANT TAKE THE LIES, especially obvious ones.. treating me like an idiot.Ive been to several of the CVS stores in the area an they all seem to be the same.Im not a fan of walgreens but at least they dont treat you like a stupid piece of trash, or strait up lie to you!

This CVS pharmacy is a complete disaster. The unprofessional staff shows zero commitment to their customers or their jobs closing the gate 8 minutes prior to close and neglecting to help me with my urgent prescription. Numerous reviewers have raised the same concerns, yet no improvements have been made. Urgent action is needed to address the consistently poor service and prevent further disruption to our medical care.Go to #Walgreens @1800 Tamiami instead!!Megan the tech and Julie the pharmacist are phenomenal! Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to customer satisfaction set a standard that many establishments could learn from!

0 stars The way they treat consumers with state insurance Florida medicate is unbelievable I have a family member that was in the hospital had surgery got out was sick and in alot of pain she needed her antibiotics and other medications to treat her sickness and surgery ok 1st off no we didn't get any pain medication filled there they will not fill it so we just had to throw it out it took them 3 days to fill 2 antibiotics for her 3 days after she had left the hospital you people At this CVS are rude and lazy and if anything worse happens to someone else because you pick and choose who you fill is on you I am so ready to go to the paper and news about this CVS I literally sat there for 3hr to make sure I wasn't overreacting I seen people come in and get filled asap and a couple drops offs and pick up in a matter of 15 to 30min but she had to wait 3 days for 2 antibiotics crazy she didn't want to say something I am you are the worst pharmacy in Charlotte County hands down
