Went here as my mother was having trouble w/her cell, uncontrollable popups when she was doing ANYTHING, even while on phone and it would just lock up phone. I was thinking virus and possible get assistance w/resetting to factory; as she'd had for about 3 years. Based on suggestion from employee, she upgraded. The team in there was super helpful and friendly. Mom spent a little more than she planned but that's how these things go right?

Needed new phones, Cricket had best deal at the time on family plans, husband, myself and mother in law needed updated phones. They were sold out of most but we managed to get three new ones albeit three different brands. Mine would not charge and when finally did charge would not hold charge. Salesperson assured us we had 7 days to decide if we liked our phones, my husband took mine back and they were still low on sale phones had to wait, 2 more days for their shipment to arrive and then had to obtain approval from owner of that location. Initially the day we visited it took an inordinate amount of time to transfer 3 phones and setup new plan with phone selection the sales rep recommend for me being of low quality, but several days later corrected issue.
