They were great from the time I walked in the door. They answered every question I had and were very patient with me. I will go to this store anytime I have any questions. I give them all way more than 5 stars. Thank you. I almost gave up on cricket

Tasha is great and to be honest I’ve never really had a problem ever with cricket but that day Tasha was the greatest helping me transfer my phone service from one phone to another for me
