I frequently stop at all the Circle Ks in Port Charlotte. Hands down, this is the best store in town. The store is always clean, and the employee are always helpful and friendly. This is why they are my home store.

HANDICAP PARKING USERS BE DAMNEDFor several weeks this location had the only handicap parking space completely blocked with a large stack covered with a tarp.When I inquired, the store manager explained the stack were items to be used in a store remodel. When asked if that was happening anytime soon, the response was "Oh no. We don't even have the permits yet."I honestly thought my complaint to the ADA or local code enforcement had been the reason. But I realized they simply had used some of what was under the stack reducing it to a size small enough to clear the handicap spot.The sad part is, as the photos show, there is plenty of room next to two cargo containers near the handicap spot where the entire stack could have been placed to begin with.So, a total lack of respect for handicapped parking permit holders and their rights was demonstrated. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL! But soooo corporate America. Screw us as long as they can save a dime or two.At least it was resolved favorably, regardless of how or why.And So It Is

HEADS UP COFFEE LOVERSCircle K has THE BEST coffee program I've ever been privy to have. The Sip n Save program allows me to get a FREE coffee (always the extra large for the best value) every single day.At just under $11 per month after tax, I'm getting over $75 worth of coffee. There's no way I could make this much coffee for just $11.

I went back in to discuss why my rewards didn’t discount my carton of cigarettes. I was very nice; she however was very rude. “I needed to go somewhere else to get a discount.” Circle K has always been cheaper. I paid 80 dollars instead of 74, huge difference, she didn’t want to hear it. My first statement was, “I don’t want to both you but?” Sorry I bothered you. Won’t be back.

Waited for 25 minutes at the door that had a sign that read "in bathroom be back in 5" when I got there there were people who had been waiting for 10-15 min. Didn't know they could close the store for half an hour at random.

Just left and the tall clerk has a horrible attitude. I'd me 4 times then threw my money on the counter. At least care alittle about having a job.

I was in Circle K on the corner of Midway & US 41. I have never been talked to that rudely by anyone at Circle K. I used to work for Circle K & we did not talk to customers like that!! I went to buy vape pods & they were putting in new scratch offs. "Can I get" was the only thing that came out of my mouth. The woman behind the counter said no you have to wait till I'm done. I responded with "you should say excuse me please". I was finally waited on by the guy at the other register when they interrupted with "she wants Lotto & has to wait." No I don't want Lotto I want some Vuse pods!" Nobody let me finish my sentence & never asked what I wanted. I told him thanks. At least he had manners. It took 3 people to enter scratch offs!! Unbelievable!! I can't stand rudeness!!

I stopped by this store to refresh my drink before a long ride home and the polar pop machine was being cleaned. I kindly ask the lady to put just one nozzle in for me to refresh my drink and she was rude and would not accommodate then when trying to leave I can’t go down the ramp because she’s parked right by the handicap ramp which there’s a light in front of.Not only have I encountered more rude employees at this locatio than any other location. I will never come to this Circle K again. I’ll take the extra 10 minutes ago on the road maybe even over I to Wawa.Highly disappointed don’t recommend.

I will never stop at this circle k again. I filled up on gas here and went inside after my 5 year old son frantically told me he had to go potty. I walked into the area where the bathrooms were and the lady at the register yelled from the counter with a customer standing in front of her that the restrooms are for employees only and that I had no business over there. Why are there no restrooms for paying customers?? My son did not make it across the street to the Wawa. She really didn't have to be rude. I would have read the sign on the door had she not yelled across the store. Circle k's are really going down hill. Trashy employees and trashy attitudes.

I did shop here on a daily until today. I was double charged and callec the store to inquire about getting a refund. I was told it would take 7-10 days. Poor customer service.The associate on the phone was very rude as if the over charge was my fault not offering to go through their daily clse. I said I would no longer shop there and that the matter needed to be addressed and her response was "oh well". I need corp # as she would not give to me. 7/31 1030pm. The rudeness is unacceptable especially with the amount of money I "was" spending there. NEED CORP. PHONE. The manager tonight's name is Maria. Thank you.

I'm honestly in disbelief right now. At 8:am this morning your employee at this store not only discriminated against a diability, but also disrespected a handicapped customer. The customer decided not to buy a Gatorade and sat it down in the store and proceeded to goto the cashier to pay for the rest of their items. The employee then refused her purchases and would not serve her. The customer was then told by the employee that they "must return the Gatorade to the cooler before she would allow her to pay for the other items". The customer told the employee: "That she was disabled (amputee) and will not be returning the Gatorade back to the cooler in the back of the store". The employee then did decide to allow the customer to pay for her other items, but was extremely rude. When the customer asked for the employees name and the managers name, the employee refused to give it. What type of business are you folks running? If I could give less than one star I would...this was just out of control.
