This morning at about 7:37 am I stopped at the Circle K at the corner of Tarpon and Tamiami Trl. because I saw the marquie price ffor gas was $2.85 with easy pay. I started fueling and realized that the price on the pump didn't match. As i finished pumping my gas I went inside the store to speak with the people there. After making the person behind the counter aware of the problem ,he replied to me,THATS NOT MY PROBLEM. When I ask who is responsible for changing the prices he replied ,ME. I then replied to him well the I guess it really is your problem. He then informed me that there was nothing he was going to do about it. I then informed him that what he was doing was false advertising , which is against the law. Mind you it's not the $3.00its the Goddamm principal. I realize that I'm probably just another consumer but the fact remains that what these people are doing is out and out stealing from the public. It's a shamed that this is what people in business think about the public. No body in business wants to take responsibility for there employees or how they run there business and it's ok to SCREW the public. I'm personally going to make it my mission to try to rectify this. I'm probably nobody in your eyes, but this time you screwed with the wrong person. If there was any way I could leave a negative star on this review believe me I would .

I don't work for circle k anymore so y'all ain't going to treat me like y'all treat your workers I already had a discussion about ringing you up a register because your frosty won't ring up on mashgin y'all are supposed to use those as a main register theirs this thing called them things you can scan if it don't ring behind the register I've not had to deal the issue with that when I have sip and save so just cause your a manager doesn't mean everyone else has me do that only reason I put my froster in a polar pop cup cause the dome lid cause a mess in my car....

HEADS UP CIGARETTE SMOKERS10/17/23 UpdateI've unfairly accused Circle K of deceptive marketing with cigarettes.I was wrong and I apologize.To fill in where this company lets us down, here's what YOU NEED TO KNOW to get the advertised price on cigarettes.As their sign says, you must be an "Inner Circle" member to get the price shown. This is just one of three programs Circle K offers.This one requires minimal personal information but you must download the Circle K app.Pictured below are two receipts, one from each of two stores I patronized after getting into the correct program (I'm a true Inner Circle member now!) The third picture shows what you can get at the stores to easily enroll in the Inner Circle!Notice how on one receipt it spells out the "Inner Circle" discount, but the other just says discount. So just know you must enroll in at least this program to get the advertised price.And to Corporate:What a shame you didn't care enough to look at one of my damning Google reviews and figure out why I was mistaken. I believe in doing the right thing which is why I'm editing all my negative reviews as I did this one.I hope you have a blessed dayAnd so it is

The store cleaned up nicely after IAN . Haven't seen any homeless around and I'm there all the time. Planting a few palms in the front would be a nice touch, instead of a patch of dirt... Lots of new-comers moving into Port Charlotte and lots with money from Cali and NY.. We paid $265k for a home in the neighborhood behind you. Please add some estectically pleasing landscaping..

Store always filthy, bathroom absolutely disgusting, homeless people outside almost all the time.. drugs being sold right out front, management is rude to employees, soda is always flat, the hot dogs look like they never get changed because they just look God awful, always tons of boxes and bins on the floor. Very dissatisfied.

Midway storeAnd West TarponWhat is the deal west tampons doors are closed and locked most evenings. Neither store has dairy products. Milk half&half. Not just my brand none at all. Who's is managing these stores. Prices are never what the shelf says. And I thought all public stores were required by law to have a working usable clean bathroom... ohh west tarpon please do something about the hoards of homeless that regularly beg for money @ your store. I moved here in 1994 when these stores were ran by competent people. And always had what you need. When I go in for my morning coffee and smokes. It kills me that more 50% of the time 1 is missing. It's all good Cirkle-k I will become a wawa reguler now.
