It’s FL! It’s 100 degrees and the sun is like a magnifying glass and we are the ants burning to death. Since hurricane Ian they have yet to replace the awning over the gas pumps. Did they take the ins $ and pocket and say forget the roof? Are they still battling the insurance what’s the deal here? This is why I no longer frequent this gas station, not just the heat but even when it rains. Who wants to pump gas in the rain? Not me!

Generally, this location is not very well kept and the cashiers are not friendly no matter what time I go no matter how many weeks apart my visits are the lines are usually very long, and the bathrooms are usually closed

Heads Up Cigarette SmokersTo get the lowest price advertised you must be an Inner Circle member which means loading the Circle K app.THIS IS DIFFERENT THAN EASY PAY OR THE SIP N SAVE Program. This, even though their unmanned registers say "Enter your Inner Circle Number" (your phone number) to get your free drink under the Sip n Save program.I've been battling corporate for a month because I'm a Sip n Save program participant and have been entering my "Inner Circle Number" for my coffee. BUT, that number wasn't giving me the advertised price for cigarettes.And even more confusing, if you look at the receipt you'll see there are actually two discounts noted. One, for 20 cents which you get for buying two or more packs (without the Inner Circle membership), then another 50 cents specifically designated as the Inner Circle discount. And nowhere in their advertising do they even mention the 20 cent discount!THANK YOU TONYA BEAVERS, the ONLY associate out of many that I've challenged about the price I was paying for cigarettes because of what I explained above. Even though the unmanned register asked for my "Inner Circle Number" and accepted my phone number for the Sip n Save savings it wasn't really an Inner Circle registered number! Tonya was the only one who explained the confusing multiple programs this company employs. I wish I could have given a 5 star review thanks to her, but the overall visit did not warrant it.What a shame the company doesn't bother to better train their employees and kiddos to Tonya for bothering to learn so she could CORRECTLY advise customers.And So It Is

This store is rough/sketchy. The cashier's are extremely snarky, rude, and slow. The store smells like pee all the time. Half the stuff isn't priced or stocked. The one cashier (with busted possibly cracked/drugged out teeth) is constantly smoking outside (right in the doorway) and makes you walk through her smoke and wait for her to stop smoking to have her watch you use the self check out machine. If they're going to do this they should probably just ring you out. Not to mention the scary drug activity and other odd behavior in the parking lot in front and behind the store. If you have to go there daytime is better. So glad there are other gas stations in the area!

I was standing in a line of 8 people and the guy at the counter was forcing us to use the self checkout even when it wasn't working properly. Then when some of the people left he made a comment that some adults don't know how to be adults. He wanted us to wait while he did a diagnostic instead of just taking the customers in line. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Store manager is very abrasive and rude to customers. Cashiers have attitude as well. I will never spend my money or free time paying at this location again. Used the bathroom while doing an audit for store products, and the store manager started banging on the door while I was in the middle of using the restroom and told me I needed to get out so they can clean it. I politely asked if I could finish using the restroom first. I felt that it was extremely inappropriate to ask a paying customer to get out of the bathroom while they are actively using it as there was no indication of the bathrooms about to be cleaned, no sign, nothing in front of door, and the door was open. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I almost feel violated. Will be contacting corporate.
