Very frustrated with this branch. Employees and service are excellent, however the ATM(s) seem to CONSISTENTLY be in disrepair. This morning even the vestibule was locked, making that ATM inaccessible. I understand technology challenges and ticket orders for repairs take time however this is completely unacceptable. You people are in the customer service industry. I don’t understand why this is taking so long to rectify? I’ve sat in my car behind several people attempting to use this machine, watching as they too get frustrated. This is an incredible inconvenience for anyone who needs to use their ATM. One day I had no choice but to use the closest optional ATM, naturally Chase charges a fee when you do this. So I called the company asking if they could possibly reimburse me for the fee bc their ATM was down and I also explained how it is consistently down. She could not help me. Sorry ma’am.I was shocked. This is a billion dollar company and you can’t give me back $3.95 that you charged me bc your product was broken???Really??Someone needs to get this handled. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Prior to hurricane Ian in 2022. I’m not interested in banking with anyone else, I just want to be able to use the services your company offers. I don’t think I’m asking doing too much. Consistent service to all of your customers, even if it is via an ATM.

I deposited my payroll check into my chase account on 12/8 they refuse to release the fund till 12/21 if you have any money in this bank pull it out or are thinking of banking with chase don’t waste your time . Worst bank ever !!

I had an excellent experience at Chase Bank today. I arrived just before closing time at almost 5 o'clock, and I was worried about getting a document notarized urgently. Fortunately, Nelson and Christine were incredibly helpful and happy to assist me. They went above and beyond to ensure my document was notarized promptly, and their friendly and efficient service made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I greatly appreciate their dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Nelson and Christine, for your outstanding customer service!

I made an appointment several days in advance to open some new accounts. I needed my spouse to be with me so scheduling was tricky during business hours. The automated scheduler emailed and texted me the day before to remind me of my appointment and who it was with.We went in and there were many empty desks and no one to acknowledge or direct anyone. One teller was busy but another teller didn’t have anyone ahead of them. Before I could even ask for direction to the person I had an appointment with, he told me he would be with me in a moment. He proceeded to take more than a moment and seemed to be in no rush to see how he could help me.Finally I spoke up with my quick question of whether he was Taylor. I was told Taylor called in sick today. I was then told other people could help me. They were obviously all busy. I made an appointment. I don’t understand why someone couldn’t call me to let me know my appointment couldn’t be honored and saved us all the trouble.There was at least one other very disgruntled customer there. Being ignored and having your time wasted is not a great way to start any business relationship. We decided not to open any Chase accounts based off of this first impression.

Use to be able to come in here and get some help. Now they hand you 1-800 numbers to not do anything. Real bad customer service. The PG bank helped me cancel my checks where this branch cant figure out to help a customer.

Terrible place to try and do business.You call to "make an appointment to open a military joint account" and the phone is answered in some distant land. You try again and they (locally) ignore the call and re-routes to their corporate call center - and they cannot sent up local appointments.Oh and if you go in person to the branch - they tell you "you need to call and make an appointment"They clearly dont want or need any new business - I suggest you trya bank that is easier to deal with.

Worst service EVER. 3 employees working but only one teller open. 13 people in line and hasn’t moved in 20 minutes. And it’s like this almost every time I come in. Worst in store service I’ve ever had in banking

This Chase Bank is the slowest Bank is the slowest Bank . Takes forever to do a simple transaction at drive up and ATM is out of service more than it works.
