I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but at this point I’m beyond angry with this company. I have exclusively used this company for repair on my golf cart. I have had it there 2 times once was a battery issue and the second time was for a F&R switch that had failed. We got it back the second time and within a couple days stopped working again. Called them to come pick it up for service and they didn’t want to do so saying it was a battery issue. The batteries are 2020 batteries and I highly doubt that. They finally picked it back up for repair. They were able to get it fixed again but the owner calls me and tell me that my cart is never allowed to come back there for service. Well I finally get to look at my cart that was delivered and discovered that they busted my windshield. I purchased my windshield thru them. The clamps that hold the windshield are gone and they bolted my windshield up. I’m sure they are not going to provide any repair for this after my very rude and aggressive call that I got from the owner. So I guess I’m out a windshield and will never ever recommended this business to anyone.

This business was recommended by others in our community and now we see why. Our cart, which had an annoying squeal, was picked up on Thursday as promised and returned by noon the following Monday. The squeal is gone and the bill was surprisingly low. We will definitely use Cart City again in the future, if needed.

What a great place - I purchased a "very reasonable" (extremely cheap) golf cart from them almost 4 months ago, it died on me recently and needed a lot of money to fix, so I decided to upgrade a bit (that is what happens when you buy "very reasonable") and they gave me a VERY fair trade in value for the old cart. I purchased a very nice used (mint green!) cart and am extremely happy with my upgrade. They didn't have to give me anything for the trade in but I asked and they delivered. That is what a good company does so thank you! It is a great company and very nice people.
