After searching the google results I made a couple calls to other companies only to get voice mails. I called this company and Jim answered the phone and was willing to talk with me about my business needs. He spent a generous amount of time with me and answered many questions and giving quality advise about a foreign Company (From a different state) doing business in FL. To make a long story short, this is a company that prides itself on customer service. Thanks Jim!

Called to schedule appt for taxes. Older woman on phone said they don't have any openings and I can come in after tax season?? Huh?? She said they were completely full, offered no waitlist or referral to other places. Asked again if there was absolutely anything (as I was referred from my previous accountant but she retired) she just said NO! I will NOT give my business to this place when that is the first impression I am given.

Jim might treat his long time clients better, but I was shocked how poorly I was treated. His whole attitude was judgmental and rude. Completely shocking! We had a meeting scheduled for 10am. He let me sit in his lobby until 10:30 while he chatted with his prior appointment about their recent vacation. In our first discussion he acted dismissive and condescending about the status of my two businesses, saying things like "oh, because you are the only responsible one" and "oh, well they can get the hefty fines" about my prior partners because we were late getting our taxes filed. He has no idea about our personal situations. He doesn't know anything about me or my track record, but clearly made a lot of assumptions. Regarding the business I just founded he assumed, "so this one is still going". Just a really negative attitude having just met me. When he found out all my files were on my google drive, he provided no solution. Just informed me that they don't have wifi and have bad mobile reception (so I couldn't create a hotspot with my phone). He just sat there looking at me like I was wasting his time. When a woman walked in the door, he said nothing to me and walked out of the office to greet her and continued for the next 5 minutes while I sat in his office. I decided that he clearly has enough clients and does not want my business. I would advise to avoid Jim as a new client unless you want similar treatment.
