Five great stars too your employee Eric he’s always helpful and truly brings enthusiasm to your establishment. It’s people like him who show great customer service and brings customers to return to your establishment Eric always smiles and he’s a joy to talk to every time I go in there with my best friend to your wonderful store. We are loyal customers and wanted too to give a shout out to Eric for being a great employee. The entire staff there has been great at your store. But Eric is great :)

So many things to see, bought a piece of luggage and Easter decorations. Wish they had electric scooters. Its a big store and the manuel wheelchair was hard to maneuver.

While all the new remodeling is nice, and their sections are great, nothing physically wrong with the store, I did have an unfortunate experience, and am in part writing to give more information for them to help solve the issue, and to warn customers. I had about 200$ worth of items picked out but left without buying anything, I was so upset. I feel like I didn't say enough for them to be able to help in the moment, to be fair my head was reeling and was in a hurry to find a place to wash and sanitize my hands.I was shopping for athletic clothing, had found a decent selection, went into the fitting rooms to ensure what I'd picked fit nicely, and while trying on a pair of black cargo pants, i tried out the leg pocketsto see if they were functional, and discovered a USED TAMPON inside the right leg pocket of the pants. They were selected from the active area /or the women's pants area I can't recall I had items from both. I'm hoping this is just a case of teenagers being awful. Or perhaps a scorned employee? I do feel like now would be the appropriate time to maybe do a check on your inventory so this doesn't happen to someone else. And for everyone, ALYWAYS WASH YOUR NEW CLOTHES BEFORE YOU WEAR THEM.
