I am being polite by not naming the associate who does not know her job. I went in for help with a wire transfer and this banker had me do the entire thing on my phone with her directing my actions. Her advisement was wrong. It took 4 visits and a few calls with the manager to finally just recall the whole wire and print a cashier check. This was bad enough. Last week I brought in my Mom to open a new account. Same banker. (Eye roll) This banker said her tablet crashed and she could not complete the application. She advised us to see the teller for further assistance. The teller didn't understand why he was supposed to be helping...finally the manager had to come up and fix it. Kudos to Mayra the manager and goodness if you are a client there...do NOT go to the lady banker whose name starts with C. "C" is for CANNOT do her job.BofA you need to train better!

Everyone here at this location is so friendly and wonderful. Mayra the manager is a very dedicated employee. She made sure all my needs were taken care of. I was super happy customer :-)

It's ridiculous that you charge 8 dollars to cash a check drawn from your bank. It's a 53.00 check and then u take 8 dollars. Boa sucks

The customer service at this Bank of America is beyond terrible. I spoke to the lady who sat by the door , long hair and face caked with make-up. I told her I needed to open an account. She basically told me I would have to do it myself by downloading a app or scheduled an appointment to speak to one of the teller that's on certain days. The problem is she had me download an app on my phone , I went through all the selections and code verification, after which told me about the fees for each account.Don't tell someone to download an app on there phone , go through your Username, password, verification and profile, then explain the fees of the account. All that should be asked and explained first ,before the customer download anything on their device , then the customer decides if they choose to proceed or not.She was very rude , snappy and made sure she got the last word before I left the bank .I understand the job may be hectic, but treat people with decency and professionalism the same way you would want to be treated.

Worst bank branch ever. Total waste of time. In this particular bank branch I have always just trouble. They don't want to give me my money from my bank account!!! I do withdrawals every day in other bank of America in my are without any trouble and this people here are totaly unprofessional and rude. They calling me every week to talk about my money and how to use them for their bussines and when you want to take some money back they refuse . They have my card and card pin and ID and passport and they can check my identity by sending me text message and still playing games. Totaly waste of time at this branch. Go to any other since this people are waste of time.

Pretty good location, though this is my first time. Came in with my dad to set up an account and they were actually quite helpful! Didn't take too long, either (appointments work). Vince is a good guy.

Employees are unsupervised because there are no supervisors. They do what they want, are rude, incompetent and treat the customer as if their business doesn't matter. Lousy customer service if any at all. Shameful treatment of depositors. AVOID THIS BANK

Staff is pleasant and courteous. This BOA is always understaffed, and the wait is usually long, so make sure you're not in any hurry.

U guys need more tellers... im standing here with 8 people ahead of me and 1 teller..... bankers are in abundance but no yellows & u can no longer utilize the DRIVE THRU?????? This is why I don't bank with Bank of America..... only come here for work so I have no choice...UPDATE- 6/1- Received email stating that I needed to contact a member of their Social Media Client Care team on Twitter??????? REALLY?!?!??!?!!? THIS is ALSO why I won't bank with Bank of America.... My bank I can go in and speak with someone regarding any banking issues.... AND they ALWAYS have more than 1 teller working......

Now, late opening,(10:00 am) employee walk in to work 5 minutes before opening time. Clientes getting into fights with staff because the lack of communication and service. Only one teller working,A total disaster Branch!This is the second time I visit this location, both times been the same issues obviously without any changes.

I had a person that loans me money go deposit money into my account and they refused to do so . As I have set up weekly payments to this person which is also a Bank of America customer. She had my account froze and I can access my money to pay nothing. And also she stats it’s fraud I know this person been face to face with him talk to him daily
