At first we were not impressed as phone calls were not answered or returned but we did get good service when we went there in person
Alicia was the staff member who helped us. She explained they were really short staffed today and phones could not be answered on time.
We needed a triptik and she was able to do it on the spot. She also said there was a promotion and the spouse could be added for free until the end of the year. I was happy about that.
The most helpful piece of advice, we thought, was about the Sunpass Pro which we did not know about. We only had the Sunpass mini but the portable Sunpass Pro would be a great help for interstate travels.
The AAA building is easy to find, and is shared by AAA and the Charlotte County Tax Collector.
All in all, it was a very worthwhile trip to AAA”
