“Had to replace a GE cooktop in our counter and my initial research to find a replacement proved overwhelming with no two being alike in measurement for the counter opening.
Went to Jessups and met Nick (salesman) who spent almost a half hour researching options for the existing counter opening. Landed on a GE profile with “guarantee to fit” which worked out perfect. I also showed Nick a competitor price which was less and Jessups honored the price.
Nick communicated the arrival of the cooktop (ahead of schedule from when originally promised)
and set the install up. Scheduling folks were very accommodating and Casey who did the install did a great job! We have purchased other appliances from Jessups and will continue to do so.”
“We spoke to Jason, the store manager about a washer/dryer set. He was SUPER kind and helpful and even told us they didn't have the new set in store but had a pre leased set that we're identical, so they'd be able to get the set to us faster and cheaper. Then he proceeded to walk us through the process of how to cancel/reorder to get the correct readjusted price. He literally made everything super easy and streamline! Thank you, Jason!”

“We rented a ryder truck and picked it up at the Port Charlotte Home Depot We were driving over 1000 miles in a 16 foot truck pulling a car carrier with a car on to Elkton Md Neil from the tool rental showed us how to hook up the trailer and told us what to look for and was very patient and kind. Just 2 older ladies making a big move. Thank you Neil for all your help and patience:)!!! Everyone was nice Neil is who we dealt directly with !!!!We are home safe with our truck load!!!”

“I would like oto start this review by saying how hard it was to find someone that dealt is central vacuums. As soon as I spoke to Larry he reassured me that he could handle my problem event which was great because I live in Cape Coral. When he did come to the house he had everything he needed to solve the issue without having to come back.. Great service and I would highly recommend this company for any of your central vac issues. sorry I haven't psoted this sooner.”
