I've read through all of the positive reviews and I must say I agree with them all. I just received my auto back after being rear-ended. My insurance company is State Farm and they suggested Anthony's Touch of Class. I've dealt with tons of body shops over the years and let's just say that 90% of them are what you could accurately describe as"Shady". Not this place! From the original way I was greeted until the day I picked up my car was superb. Just keep up the good work guys. I will definitely recommend your shop to anybody I know who is in need of repair. By the way, I am not a paid "chill"I am a legitimate paying customer.

Had some car trouble while snowbirding this past winter. Went to see them to get a quote on some body work and they were out until mid-April with appointments. However, one of the guys got up, looked at our car, pulled it in the shop, and worked it so our passenger front door could open. What a stand up guy. We are very appreciative of his time and talent.

I went to Anthony's Touch of Class to get an estimate and get my truck fixed. Wow I has hit with a, I'm sorry but I can't get you in until November, hurricane Ian is still lingering. He apologized and said there was really nothing he could do. He did ask can I just look at your truck he gave me in about price, but I was more looking for having my truck fixed. Well, at least I'm in line and I'll have it fixed then. They were still extremely nice and I didn't see a car coming out of the back that look great!

I had my appointment set up for 9 months after Ian. My car is 13 years old, runs great, no accidents, looked like a new car until it got sandblasted by Ian. My initial encounter with Anthony's was very positive. However, the day of my appointment to drop it off and get the rental was a total nightmare. The man who waited on me had only been there a few months. I don't remember his name nor do I want to. He was extremely rude and treated me like I was just an old lady who knows nothing about cars. He started pointing out things he said weren't covered and that it could take 60 days to repair (knowing that I only have 30 days of rental on insurance). He said it would cost thousands more than insurance allotted and if they had to call for more money they would total my car, everything opposite of what I was initially told. After several weeks to calm down, I called my insurance company and was assured that he was not telling the truth. Everything he pointed out WAS in the estimate. Furthermore, if there were any additional fees they would be covered because air bags didn't deploy and the car was not in an accident. They (GEICO) assured me that they would NOT total my car. To me, this is a necessity to prevent rust and preserve the integrity of the body. I expect to get at least another 75K miles out of the old gal, maybe more because of road trips to see family. I have never in my life posted a review, let alone a negative one. My advice is STAY AWAY! I'll be getting her "face-lift" out of state. Don't underestimate us seniors! I gave a one-star rating because there are no zeros.......

Overall, the repair work was done and it looks good; however, there are some issues with staff:Pro: explained how the Florida process works; initial estimate was spot on; good work on repair.Con: it took too long to order parts; rude call taking; assembly needs QA.Like every other repair shop, it took over 6 months to get the car in the shop after being rear ended. Hurricane Ian kept them busy. No big deal.I was told I would be updated on the progress. I had to call (no big deal right?), but the call taker was rude, answers as if they were the most overworked ever. I wasn't greeted in person like that, only on the phone.I was happily surprised when I got a call 11 days later, showing my car done.I paid my bill and took off. About 1/2 mile later, I'm on the side of the road with a dead car.Whoever did the assembly forgot a bit: tightening the Negative post of the battery; cabin filter assembly just laying there; the battery compartment cover disassembled.I have a car that requires every bit of that (and other) batteries. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone. Batteries seems to be quite important to the operation of a car.Too many strikes to get all giddy about Anthony's. They got the work done'ish and I'm satisfied.Services: Painting
