I really don't like cruises, but this was an exception . The crew was amazing, kind, polite, caring. The food was very good and a huge variety. Pools were clean and heated, the adult area very nice and the top of the ship was very comfortable. I really could not find a bad thing to say about this cruise. My family and I will definitely go on anther cruise. Loved It.

Went on Disney Wish as my first ever cruise in August. It was so much fun. The Disney hospitality was everywhere. The cast members were all kind and made sure we had a great time. I know Disney Cruise is expensive. I believe you get what you paid for in return. The food was superb. Service was top notch. Highly recommend if you want a very nice family oriented cruise.

Omg this Cruise was simply amazing, words or photos does no justice. This adventure is a must for kids as well as adults. Disney really out did themselves, the courteousness, and friendliness from the staff was amazing. The ship was always clean and the food selection was top tier. Dinner each night in the different diners was magnificent. The Oceaneer kids clubs was phenomenal the kids always wanted to go time after time. All the different activities they had for adults, teens, tweens, and toddlers was thought out with everyone in mind. The diversity on this shop was thought out and even the destination we docked were great. Castaway cay BBQ was great, excellent food choices and plentiful activities for everyone. Please plan on experiencing this at least once in your lifetime. Our family is ready to book a Christmas cruise.

My husband and I are big fans of Disney Cruise line. We sailed in September on the Disney Fantasy from Port Canaveral for 7 nights on an eastern Caribbean itinerary and had a wonderful time. The cruise terminal is well organized and all of the staff members are very efficient at moving everyone through check in and security. The cruise itself met our expectations for service, food and entertainment. Favorite food items were the lobster, king salmon, lamb shank, black truffle pasta, crab legs and Mickey churro waffles. The Aladdin show was good but the Frozen show was amazing! I recommend going to the DVC presentation - we were given $50 stateroom credit just for attending. The 18+ trivia and anyone can cook sessions were fun and memorable. Our stateroom attendant Richard from Indonesia and our dining team, Nikola from Montenegro and Rafik from India were very helpful and friendly. We were able to enjoy the adult pool and aqua duck water slide on most days. We booked a couples massage which was relaxing but definitely over priced with the 18% gratuity. The mixology classes were worth it with heavy pours and educational. We did two excursions in BVI and USVI: Tortola by Land and Sea, and a tour of St. John. Both were very scenic and we enjoyed the tour guide information. Unfortunately we had to miss our last port of call in Castaway Cay due to a mechanical issue. Generously everyone on board was given $250 on board credit and 25% off a future cruise. We usually do express walk off but for this cruise we put our large bags outside the room the night before debarkation and easily found them in the cruise terminal the next morning. There was quite a long line just to get off the ship and get through customs. We used the DCL ground transportation to the airport and it was a breeze. The bus was comfortable and air conditioned and they were showing Disney cartoons and trivia on the TVs. They drop off at terminal B which conveniently has curbside service for Southwest Airlines.

All around fantastic experience. There are lots of photos of rooms and experiences here. I would only be adding what's already captured. Here is what I would add:Incredible staff. They are all so friendly and really embody the spirit of Disney. You can say everything is magical, but it's only true of the staff acts on it. They all did. From the room staff to the wait staff. Amazing. Food was always on point. You will never go hungry or thirsty. Ever. Amenities for kids and adults are beyond awesome. Do yourself a favor. Don't budget an experience. Go to the spa. Get gourmet coffee. Get a bottle of wine or bubbly for dinners. Splurge. You won't regret it. The broadway style shows are absolutely amazing. Go to all of them. The actors are hands down amazing at their art. This is great for kids and adults. There is no shortage of things to do on board. The terminal and entry/exit was so smooth. So so smooth. Y'all, don't hesitate to cruise on Disney. It's amazing.

What a beautiful ship, what an awesome experience! The Disney Wish is a brand new ship that had its inaugural sailing on July 2022. We were blessed to had our adventure a couple of months after. The experience is like that of a movie. Every corner of the ship is clean. Lighting is perfect. Everythimg seems shiny.Going through the process of boarding the ship is a breeze. Very organized, no long lineups. The area where everyone has to enter is magnificent. It"s very beautiful. They announce your family name as a welcome. Everyone has time to explore the ship, an open house while they put the finishing touch on your cabin. The hallways are neat, the pools are clean. We were on a 3-night voyage. Every night, there is a different restaurant where you are assigned seating but your server remains the same. The food is great! The 1st and 3rd night there is an activity during dining. There is a food area where the pools are and there's a lot of food. You will never get hungry in this trip. There is a nightly performance like a Disney broadway play. Professionally done.Book Hyperspace, the Star Wars bar as it gets fully booked early. Go to Luna, the cinema, the pools, the ride, the place for the younger kids. The ship will pass by 2 islands, Nassau and Disney's own Castaway Cay.We will never forget this trip. It's very memorable. If you are still thinking about it, go for it.I don't mind any questions. If I could help, I will.

Our first cruise, and now we're hooked. The cast members and crew are amazing, and work so hard to keep the ship spotless and everyone happy. It felt like what Disney World was like five years ago, before curs started being made. Shockingly good food, with the exception of Cabanas buffet (but it's a buffet, so I probably shouldn't be as hard on it). Our room was quiet, and the bed was insanely comfortable. If you can swing it, get a verandah room. Already planning our next cruise, and would love to do this ship again.

An absolutely fantastic cruise! Now out of Miami, this was our very first cruise. We will definitely book another one! Our state room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a fantastic balcony. Room service was top notch, delivering great coffee and breakfast foods! All of the restaurants were fantastic - excellent food and service (our service team was absolutely phenomenal!). Our room host was a treasure and made our trip amazing! Cannot recommend this cruise enough! The service on the ship is exactly what I expected from Disney - it felt like the service we would get at the parks and Disney World hotels 5-10 years ago.We could not do our Castaway Cay day due to rough seas, and the crew pulled out all of the stops to make sure everyone had a great time!We can't wait for our next trip!!!

This is a high quality cruise line. You can tell they put attention to detail in everything they do. The bath towels were so plush. The bedding was Frette. The balcony cabin was so spacious. Our room attendant went out of her way to make sure we had extra bath towels and toiletries. She was very pleasant. The ports are limited which I don't care for. We only went to Castaway Cat, their private island. It was nice but I like going to at least three ports on a cruise. The stores had such charming merchandise for kids. I liked the ice cream store which is a la carte. There were definitely some hits and misses regarding the food but most of it was good.
