Absolutely amazing customer service. My husband stopped in super early on Saturday 3/9, and the opening manager was extremely accommodating and patient with him even for being there 15 min before they opened. We stopped in later the same day to get some gifts for family and the same super friendly and accommodating young man was still there. We didn’t catch his name but this kid deserves the world. He is charismatic and super super nice which is rare in retail now. Please please please give this kid his flowers.

If I could give 0 stars i would. The owner hires teenagers that he thinks he can take advantage of. Do not support this store. He treats his employees like dirt as well as his costumers. I just recently quit my job there. He would put his hand in my face or shew me off if I tried to ask any questions. He is a money hungry pos so don't expect any returns or store credit when the item you buy isn't what you're told it is.

Management is rude. Spoke with the supervisor from Columbia and I will never shop there. I could have been rude myself & started drama but I came in nice and remained that that way. Sometimes people take niceness for granted.

If u want to be made to feel like a serious shoplifter or thief then this store is for you. Walked in and saw 2 store personal to the right and left. One man with a beard and a younger girl standing there just staring at me. Now I remind you I'm well dressed, in a suit, clear cut and 63 years old. We had just left a church event. Neither person said a word or even acknowledge me, just staring. No "can I help you or anything. As I began looking around it became almost immediately noticeable that I was being watch like a hawk. First the girl walking just feet behind me. Shortly thereafter the man started following me even closer. I was the only person in the store too. It was so bad I eventually turned and looked straight at the man and asked if something was wrong. No acknowledgement or reply. Nothing. No reaction, just looking at me. As I continued I decided I had been offended and monitored enough. I turned to leave and respectfully told the man I had never been treated or experienced anything like what they were doing. Again, no apology, nothing. There's plenty of surf shops that are extremely friendly and wanting to be helpful. They will not be around long with the tactics they did today.

Been wanting to stop in here for a while. Nice store but the prices are high. What really turned me off though was the guy that worked there. Never even bothered to say anything or introduce himself but I read in another post he may be the owner. Everyone I turned he was standing there and staring like I was going to steal something? I was even a bit creeped out as I had my two little kids with me and he kept staring. That was enough to make me leave and I don’t plan on going back. It’s a shame because it could be a nice store to visit.

I bought 3 swim shirts here. I wanted to exchange one for a larger size, even swap. I never wore, had tag and receipt. At first the lady started to give me grief about the date of the receipt (90 days) but she wan't too bad about that. I found an extra large in the exact same shirt and thought everything was good to go. The clerk then informed me that there was an issue. The price of the shirt was now $12 higher than what I had purchased it for. So they nickeled and dimed me for $12. I asked to speak to the owner who she said was even harder to deal with than her and assumedly he was not around at the time. As a local small business I would think they would want to take care of their customers better and be easier to do business with. Needless to say I don't recommend this place.
