The Mens Room was not up to standard. Although there was a seemingly hygienic blue light in the toilet paper dispenser, the toilet seat was completely broken and there were no protective covers. For a company that prides itself on health-centric services, I was surprised at this degree of neglect.

The worst pharmacy. Workers are incredibly rude in pharmacy and act as if you're bothering them when you approach the counter.

I have now been on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. In need my medication filled for my asthma. This is not a joke and I am beyond frustrated. It is not from my doctors end it's yours.

Walgreens what happened?!
You used to be great and I loved going there! The Pharmacy employees are not friendly. They are rude and act bothered. The cashiers up front are friendly, it’s just the pharmacy employees that need a better attitude. Bring back the former management and staff that Ponte Vedra grew to love!

Hello Walgreens corporate. This store has terrible pharmacy service. The woman working the afternoon of 6/3/24 is extremely rude, argumentative and disrespectful to your customers. I am moving all of my prescriptions to one of your competitors. Anyone reading this review, just look at all of the other one-star reviews before doing business with these people. You have been warned.

I called the pharmacy for two days and they would answer
the phone and then hang up. Finally I called customer service and they connected me to resolve my issue.

Just had a 10/10 experience going to Walgreens today. “Zac” is a shift lead or cashier at this store and three times I have seen him step beyond the call of customer service and have a genuine and fun conversation with his customers. Without a doubt this man deserves a raise and recondition. There are not many people left in the world who treat people like he does. Walgreens, don’t lose this man, he is a golden ticket.

I agree with many of the other unfavorable reviews (and I rarely take time to write a review and even less so a negative one). When we first moved to PVB about ten years ago, this was one of the best Walgreens stores that I had ever visited (across the country and one of their international stores). Now it's one of the worst. If their service does not improve significantly, our family will move to better alternatives.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced and to see so many one star reviews and nothing being done about it is even more concerning.The Winn Dixie pharmacy staff was amazing and since the company sold their scripts to Walgreens and CVS, I HIGHLY recommend the Walgreens pharmacy manager look into hiring the pharmacists and techs from Winn Dixie in Ponte Vedra and replacing the rude people you have working who clearly do not care about people’s health or wellbeing. How are people supposed to trust they are getting the correct medication from people who are rude and do not follow up with their customers?The negative reviews are a testament to a toxic culture, and I hope the new U.S. CEO, Tim Wentworth and his CHRO are attentive to these issues and take swift action to prevent further damage to the company's reputation.

Terrible pharmacy. I made an appointment and waited for almost an hour you can tell they don’t care. Well they said they don’t make test like that there after the appointment was just for that.

Absolutely the most HORRIBLE Walgreens location I’ve ever been to. Made an online appointment for flu and Covid test in advance just to get there for them to say it wasn’t available. Spent half an hour on the phone on hold to try to get a staff member but it was impossible! Careless, rude staff!!If you don’t have test available DO NOT HAVE APPOINTMENT SLOTS OPEN ONLINE!!!
