9/10x I come to the pharmacy I have a terrible experience. Rude, non-personable staff, half the time they ignore you, the wait is always atrocious. Definitely use a different pharmacy if possible - I would not recommend this one.

They don't answer the phone. There are NEVER enough staff working in the pharmacy. It takes a LONG time to get your prescription either by phone or in person. `

Wow, the other reviews are correct. The people working in the pharmacy are RUDE, grumpy & very very slow. Do better customer service training, Walgreens.

Walgreens corporate, you really need to properly train your employees on cash depositing in your store. Yesterday at approximately 1pm to 2pm, I went to walgreens to deposit money using a barcode. A new cashier didn't know the protocol so she ran to ask the other guy that was just going on break. Needless to say, he felt it necessary to argue with customers and his information was incorrect! He embarrassed us and himself in the store. This is not the first and second employee who doesn't know the rules for depositing cash. Please train your employees!! Also, teach them that good customer service is not arguing with customers because they think they know it all. Thanks

I have now been on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. In need my medication filled for my asthma. This is not a joke and I am beyond frustrated. It is not from my doctors end it's yours.

The Mens Room was not up to standard. Although there was a seemingly hygienic blue light in the toilet paper dispenser, the toilet seat was completely broken and there were no protective covers. For a company that prides itself on health-centric services, I was surprised at this degree of neglect.

The worst pharmacy. Workers are incredibly rude in pharmacy and act as if you're bothering them when you approach the counter.

Hello Walgreens corporate. This store has terrible pharmacy service. The woman working the afternoon of 6/3/24 is extremely rude, argumentative and disrespectful to your customers. I am moving all of my prescriptions to one of your competitors. Anyone reading this review, just look at all of the other one-star reviews before doing business with these people. You have been warned.

Walgreens what happened?!You used to be great and I loved going there! The Pharmacy employees are not friendly, rude and act bothered. Bring back the former management and staff that Ponte Vedra grew to love!

I called the pharmacy for two days and they would answerthe phone and then hang up. Finally I called customer service and they connected me to resolve my issue.

Just had a 10/10 experience going to Walgreens today. “Zac” is a shift lead or cashier at this store and three times I have seen him step beyond the call of customer service and have a genuine and fun conversation with his customers. Without a doubt this man deserves a raise and recondition. There are not many people left in the world who treat people like he does. Walgreens, don’t lose this man, he is a golden ticket.
