Called to ask a question, pretty easy one. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, which is fine. Some guy got on the phone, I asked and I quote “Nope” and then hung up before I could finish the rest. I don’t know how places like this hire such rude incompetence. It’s truly remarkable.

If your Rx is highly regulated, count your pills in front of them, don't pick up in the drive-thru, or just avoid this place altogether. The pharmacy shorted me on my pills and immediately got unnecessarily defensive and dismmisive when confronted. They claimed that "it doesn'thappen at our pharmacy" and that "if we circled around the number of pills on your bottle, then we definitely double-checked it before giving them to you." This happened in December. Now, I go to another pharmacy, which happily counts my pills in front of me while being respectful and delightful. Also, the other pharmacy actually signs their name next to the pill count on the bottle.

I’ve used the Ponte Vedra Beach pharmacy for 10 years with no issues however, this week that changed. It started with my waiting in the drive thru lane for 45 minutes to find out my prescription, which I ordered online days earlier, was not filled even though their portal indicated it was ready. Next the pharmacy technician said, rather matter of factly, they were out of this drug but ordered more and he didn’t know when it would be available. I kept checking the online status but it remained “delayed”. So I called and spoke to the tech again, the one with NO customer service skills and he said they should get a supply next week. So I asked to speak to the Pharmacy Manager who was not available but the Store Manager was. Bad mistake… the conversation with her quickly deteriorated as she spoke over me, while the pharmacy tech listened in, (great training example) as I tried to explain my frustration until I finally hung up. Good news is, Publix has an amazing pharmacy just 2 minutes away where I will take my business going forward.

I made an appointment for a rapid flu/covid test. Waited 20 min past my appointment time in the store. Then was told I had to pay out of pocket for an assessment before they would give me the $19.99 test. The manager told me no insurance anywhere covers the $40 “required” assessment. Nothing was communicated about this online or in the confirmation email. Such a waste of time.

Horrible pharmacy! There is usually just one person working with the others standing around socializing with each other. Even with long lines, they don't seem to care.

How can vaccine roll-out be worse in 2023 than it was 2 years ago? Walgreens has managed it. The website doesn't tell customers that they have no vaccine; the sign up process just glitches w/ error messages that name entered is incorrect. There is no way to view what stores have it or what times are available. When I gave up & called, a rude woman snapped "no we don't have it." She couldn't or wouldn't say when or where it would be available or why they didn't have it. She works there but that's news to her. Then take it off your website & stop wasting peoples' time. Jerks.

The Walgreens pharmacist took a prescription for a generic & changed it to brand name, with no insurance coverage. It's $1,463. When I asked for the generic, the pharmacist said it's not my job to find medications your insurance covers. My physician told me the pharmacist insisted on that brand, when it was written for generic. I took my prescription to another pharmacy. The new pharmacist saw the same thing, the Walgreens pharmacists made it for the brand name, which is no longer manufactured. The new pharmacist fixed it & had my prescription ready in 20 minutes for a tenth of the cost.

I ordered 3 picture books and a few pictures. One book was put together backwards and some of the pictures were upside down. One of the pictures cut off the head of the person in the picture. They had to notice they were not done correctly. Returned the book and they did redo it correctly. The lady was very nice.

THIS PLACE IS SO HORRIBLE!! There is no self check and worst place ever and doesn't look clean or sanitized or anything and waiting to get pictures picked up TAKES FOREVER none of the employees don't smile or anything I don't feel welcomed of anything! WORT PLACE EVER! not good service or no one is friendly or welcoming and the place looks filthy and disgusting and and only one bathroom seriously put more restrooms! It is nasty and disgusting and doesn't looks clean or anything neither and seriously switch to different place like CVS etc and or Publix WORST PLACE EVER! Thank you so much From Lauren

How does this place operate in Ponte Vedra? The managers and staff are beyond unprofessional. Manger said "if you want good quality prints I don't know why you came to Walgreens" - when I asked why the images came out with much less quality than the high-quality file.is that how a manager should talk to guests? Questioning why they shop their implying they don't make quality products?

The absolute worst experience ever. Scheduled a Covid and flu test. Waited for 35 minutes being ignored and then asked if anyone was going to be able to do it. They handed me two swabs and left the room telling me to do it myself and leave them on the table. Not surprisingly I got no results. I called the next morning and they admitted they didn't run it after first saying some nonsense about the machine not working. Go literally anywhere else.

THis is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Communication with them is almost impossible and the lines in the store are long and slow. They were out of stock on two of the last three prescriptions I tried to fill with no info on when I could get it. The third one was misfiled and there couldn't find it. Their only refrain is how short handed they are. Transferring our prescriptions.
